I was again surprised at the team that assisted me in dropping off my trailer! Professional and each team member was more than eager to help me! Strong team that I will tell everyone that may need a truck or trailer rental in the future!

Very dependable service! Thank you. I prefer no seductive photos imprinted on the truck's interior or exterior. I realize that modesty is a too generalized term for this sensual world, but when you display a blown-out, real-life photo of a woman in a lustful tank top for the general public, including the Christian community, it is more professionally respectful of women (and men) who choose decency to rather pick neutral, non-graphic photos of nature. I hope this is valued rather than criticized and made worse, because if it is, I always have the options of taping cardboard over it, though I should not have to do this for what I am paying for. We are to consider our virgin women and men in their youth who are drawn to the natural desires of sensuality in temptations enough without further enhancing desires for illicit, spiritual fornication, resulting in evil pornography, the damnation of marriages and godly virtues. Thank you for considering the appropriate changes needed in your rental decor.

Someone gives you one price and then you get another.not good for business you need better people there in Woodstock people that know what they are doing

Excellent customer service, walk through and transaction! Extending usage was not an issue. Easy to get in and out of location.

I was charged an additional $119 for literally no reason. The truck was returned 20 mins early, in the same condition, and with the appropriate fuel level. There should not have been this additional charge that nearly doubled the cost of this rental.

Great location to deal with! The people are great, especially Charity, who is professional and friendly. She also made sure my tow dolly reservation was kept as I reserved two weeks ahead, and someone else wanted to rent the dolly. Thank you Charity! They also completed the hook-up and made sure lights were working. Highly Recommended! 10 Stars!

Had wrong mileage on the paper (72,465). Truck actual miles were 29936. Had someone else's drink bottle. Charges are all over the place if you don't ask. Location use to be good but this time it was not.

Nothing, Jason was extremely helpful because I was struggling with the APP to take pics & return the truck, he personally walked outside to assist me with the process, great guy! Personable and engaging!

Charity and crew were polite, professional and friendly. My first time dealing with this location and I highly recommend it to anyone. The tow dolly did develop a wiring issue (from previous repair to left light), had to replace my towing lights fuse then taped the wires. This was noted at the drop off place and I'm sure it will be repaired. Would definitely use this location again.

The lot where they are stored at is not the nicest looking. Could use some cleaning up.

The equipment was clean, but the truck did have a slight leak--several of my boxes arrived wet.

This was the first time we have ever used a trailer and the woman running the office (whose name unfortunately we did not learn) is fantastic. She was personable and informative. The entire process could not have been easier. Even when we needed an additional part to hook up the lights all we did was walk next door (50 feet) to the auto parts store and a clerk came out to check exactly what model we needed.

Charity was AWESOME! Wish I could, Say the same thing about U-Haul. I originally had a car reserved in Luray which wasn't returned the night before, and wasn't so I had to drive to Woodstock for a truck.. u-Haul should've sent me an email telling me the truck wasn't available in Luray. Instead I had to work it out on my own I would like a phone call from Customer Service. The lack of communication from U-Haul customer service cost me time and money because I had people waiting on me to move the stuff I had to move.

I had good customer service with the people, but I wasn't happy with the fact I couldn't get my truck at my chosen location with having a 2 week reservation. Also when getting my truck, it was really old and scary to drive specially over the mountain and a bad exhaust problem.

a U-Haul location was less than 1 mile from my home. I reserved the equipment a week in advance. And yet I had to drive 70 miles round trip to another location to get it.
