The AA lady that works there is very rude, impatient and has 0 customer skills. She was very irritated and had very poor computer skills. She charges me 3 times and add the insurance without asking me. Will not comeback

Have someone to help that is familiar with uhaul rentals. We had a woman help us that knew nothing about how to get our truck and was quite rude. There also were some things in the office that were found offensive and shouldn’t be displayed on walls in front of customers. Because of these derogatory displays I will never go back to this location. The location was convenient but the laundry mat chosen might not be the best place for a professional business.

Employee was rude. Didn’t do a walkthrough of the vehicle, didn’t know how to do a rental without calling her boss, gave the truck to us filthy then charged us $25 for not washing it for her. I’ll def be leaving bad reviews on yelp, twitter and Facebook. Would def never rent from here again.

Our truck did not come with a ramp to load appliances into the back and that was not stated on our order. False advertising and we will consider other options in the future.

The website/ email sent me round in circles for a half hour picking up & dropping off. It was almost an hour each (which cut into my rental and actual moving time). I do not have an account with U haul, so I typed in my phone # & it kept redirecting me to the last page ( your homepage) every single time. Finally I typed in the reservation # & it worked. But each time wasted 30-45 minutes on both ends. The nice lady who worked @ the laundry mat was able to get me back on track & out of there. It should have been way easier. Other than that one glitch (2 times) everything was wonderful.

I was overcharged by approximately $10.00. The available attendant could not give me a bill at the time I returned the vehicle. The vehicle was returned after being driven 3 miles in two hours with gas replaced and no damage. It occurs to me now that this experience should be put on Yelp.

I had a hard time when lady asked me for my friends phone number who is not with me at the moment, it was a little frustrating. I gave her one number and she called him to confirm the phone number, but he was busy at the moment so I had to give a few more phone numbers and at the same time I was texting them and tell them the situation. Like why ? I don’t like to bother people and made me feel a little uncomfortable, my friends were busy working and why would they pick up the phone from U-Haul . I had to apologize and tell them the whole situation. “Stupid” new rules? I don’t know , I never seen this rule before.

my ONLY complaint is that, on an extremely darkened road, I was unable to keep the headlights on bright except by holding them on with my left hand and steering with my right hand. This did not present a problem. It was just annoying. .
