Ametra HThis was worse experience I've ever had and I will never rent from this location again. My money was stolen my Uhaul charging me a charge that was uncalled for and ridiculous. I own a moving company and I will never provide services for that area ether. I'm reconsidering my involvement with the company as a whole.

LISA BThis location is 45 minute drive farther than where i reserved. They did not have packing materials inorderd bc they dont have any. Had to spend another 30 minutes to drive to a store that did. Steering wheel at 2 oclock instead of 12. Right rear wheel had to be replaced next morning during load - had expensive team of 4 movers on a break to allow mechanics to fix adding $250 expenses bc lost time.

Whitley BThe cost wasn't clear, in addition to this I was charged the same price for an eight hour reservation that I would have been charged for a 24 hour reservation. Between the ambiguous rental charges, unclean truck and not so warm customer experience I will be choosing another brand next go round.

ANTHONY JRented me a van truck that smelled like dog poo. Hair was all over the seats. Im allergic to dogs cats. I call her to tell her she admitted to know about the smell. I really needed this van. Upon return she told me she wasn't giving me a refund. The truck smelled fine now. You know I was upset. Im not expecting free but I should've been compensated in a way you'd want me to come back and give better reviews. Her attitude was so what. Not cool

ROOSEVELT YThe first van we were given filled with dry mud, we requested another. The second van was littered with trash tucked underneath the seats and between compartments. There were several roaches seen in the van and later on some of our belongings. The worst experience ever, if it's not an actual U-haul facility beware.
Tina TWhen I went to my original location to pick up the van, it was not there and I had to be sent to another location way out of the way to get my rental. The fact that I was not notified beforehand was disappointing> I won't Uhaul again if I don't have to

Derrick DCheck them gas tanks cause as I went to put the gas back I used, It ran out on the ground cause I guess it was already full, but the gas hand said different & my gas went all on the ground & I told the store & y'all still charged me for gas which was unfair

Victoria TEverything Went wrong from the Original place I was supposed to pick The truck up To the 2nd place That wasn't open on time. I got the truck After 10 o'clock And was originally supposed to pick it up at 8.
JEFFERY FI was sent to another location where no one was there and I felt like I was set up like was going to get rob. Then when I returned back to 67 location wasn't a friendly atmosphere.

Spencer JI tried to return the truck on the U-Haul app and everytime i put the miles in and it said that it was less than I checked out with! I was not supposed to be charged the $20 convenience fee for an error in the app! And I put more gas in than I left with also!!
