Robert PService was above average. The attendant at this location was very professional. The location itself does have an access issue with traffic backed up at the stoplight and I was there at the time that school lets out which is across the street. Other than that equipment drop off pick up was super easy.

David BWhen asked is everything ok they said yeah well gas not being full is not ok. I had came in tears I had an emotional break down moments before returning the truck they asked was I ok and did I need water nice but when it came to business I felt they got over on me if they would have mention gas was not full I would have went to the gas station myself instead nothing was mention I asked for a receipt they said they would email well if they would have done the job properly and given me receipt right then I would have noticed it some ppl don't care I do that was a high up charge for 4 gallons of gas then when I called back there was nothing that can be done no escalation to another level nothing just call uhaul they are not the same and can not give credit

Elinor GI received the van with NO GAS and I was told I have to bring it back with a quarter tank. Then I couldn't put anything in it really because it was INFESTED with roaches. Like 20+ small roaches. I rented at 11am and was told I would need to bring the van back by 12am because another customer needed it. I have videos. Very bad experience but the staff was EXCELLENT this is not a reflection of their customer service because that was great.
Mattika RMy problem was with UHaul not the location. After reserving and checking in online, UHaul had double booked my van. They charged me for van. They gave me a larger truck (which was larger than I needed) and charged me the higher mileage rate. Not happy.

Agnes MFor my your service is very expensive, I have used that truck only for 3 hrs and pay more than $90, it's too expensive, your mille rate is so expensive, I never will do again to rent a truck with you.
Swamy MI called to complain about being charged a cleaning fee after we dropped off the van, I had submitted some pictures through the website disputing that the car was dirty at the time of pick up and then they charged me the fee anyways. I don't see the point of being able to dispute the pictures if they won't even look at them. After I called they said that I had to contact customer service in order to get a refund and dispute the charge. If you're renting from any U-haul make sure you take pictures of everything if not they will try to pin it on you.

JERRY GOh my god. The no slip mat in the van was hell. Everything I put in the van, I had to set on the edge of the door and then climb in on the side to pick it up and place it deeper inot the van because you can't slide anything. It was horribly time consuming

Jessie SI made a reservation for a cargo van and when I got there it wasn't available. I had no choice but drive the truck for more money. I should at least be charged the price of my reservation . Very unhappy with the disorganization

Wanda WEverything was easy like 123 no worries clean facilities and equipment to use to transfer and carry your storage.
COREY CWe were given a broom to sweep the inside of the u-haul (we inadvertently left a rope and 2 empty, flattened boxes inside, which we promptly removed) but the bed of the truck had the (expected) signs of being a moving truck when we picked it up (some dirt, dust -- nothing majorly wrong, but it's a rental truck for moving things, which inevitably suggests some normal amount of grime if the truck has been used by more than 1 or 2 customers), so being given a broom to sweep the back of the truck seemed a bit much. Other than that, the truck was exactly what we needed, and the young woman who helped us with the pick up process was polite and helpful. The facilities were also clean and organized. Would recommend
