Truck maintenence extremely poor, again. Will not recommend Uhaul to anyone, ever

RICHARD EThe interior was slimy and smelled bad. The box was dirty and I had to clean it out before hauling my furniture. The staff was friendly, prompt, and professional.

Keith GHonestly there isn't anything you can do to make it better. The staff was great! The truck was clean and ready to use. Very Friendly. Precise. Efficient. Stephen HI had requested a 22ft long truck when I called and again when i went in to order and pay for truck!!! Had to leave it till I cld come bk w extra driver for my truck so when u picked it up YHE TRUCK BED WAS ONLY 20FT LONG!!!! TOLD THE CLERK I WAS MOVING MY CARPORT AND METAL IS 22FT LONG!! SOOOO ...IN THE MOVE METAL THT IS ROOFING TO MY 22X20 CARPORT WAS CREASED AND DAMAGED 2FT FROM END!!!! THNKS UHAUL!!NOW IM BEUNG CHARGED FOR RETURNING UHAUL DAY LATE???EVEN THOUGH THE ROOF OF MY CARPORT is DAMAGED AND I HAVETO BUY NEW METAL TO BE ABLE USE MY $10 000 CARPORT!!!????!!!WTH???THNKS UHAUL!!YALL ARE GREAT!!

Scott HFord needs to install a step on the larger trucks. My husband has fallen out of 2 within 2 months because of the high step getting in the truck. The first time, I tried to help him from falling, but he fell knocking me down and breaking my foot.

duane pfor dropping off late is was somewhat difficult to find a place to safely leave a 26ft truck and trailer.

There was a problem with my reservation from the corporate/online/call center side of things the day before I was supposed to move, and the attendant there (I can't recall his name) fixed the issue. I can't thank him enough for his helpfulness and knowledge. Quite frankly, he saved U-Haul a customer.

Nelson FDrop off was very quick and easy. I didn't even have to go into the store - the fellow came out; I followed him to where he wanted me to park the trailer; he unhooked it and I was out of there within five minutes. Very good service!!
