I had trouble checking in and out with the app. It caused an hour and a half delay picking up the truck.

Heath MWe had the rental overnight. We returned it to a local neighborhood uhaul dealer near our house so that we did not have to go over our mileage and drive 2 hours to return it. The owner said I won't be in just drop it off and i will check it in tomorrow. The following day we received a damage report. Under no circumstance was this damage caused by us (which mind you is a small scratch or rub mark on the top corner, that can probably be buffed out with a swiffer). There was no phone call or contact made asking if we had seen the damage or knew anything about it. I am beyond disgusted with the way in which the matter is being handled. There has been no contact by any representatives for uhaul. Just a $250 fee charged to our account. I am disgusted by this service. Unacceptable.
