The engine light was on when I turned on the vehicle to confirm the gas & mileage. I also saw the gas cap was off. I called uhaul to report it who stated this shouldn't be an issue. The tire pressure light came on to say it was low. I used the uhaul to drive only 9 miles total since it didn't feel safe. The gas depleted quickly too. I put in 5 gallons to refill it to where it was at. This has never happened before. This particular uhaul vehicle was not a great experience.

It didn't help that when I tried to call, chat, and go online to get information about where the office was located, I was on hold for over 30 minutes, the chat feature kept disconnecting me, and the online check-in process was not working.

When trying to return the truck, the app would not accept the odometer picture after 30 minutes taking pictures then waited on hold for over an hour to get customer service. I think $.79 a mile additional charge is a rip off when it's $.20 more than other places. The location was convenient but I will not use U Haul again!
Meredith J.Wrong truck was parked in space where my rental was supposed to be, another customer was given the same truck number for a reservation, I wasnt given the right access to the vehicle so I was delayed by an hour.
Chari D.The online check in was painful. When I completed the initial reservation, I entered in a lot of information. When I showed up to pickup the truck, I then had to use the app to check in and it required me to enter in all the same information again. Also, the process was to "approve" me for the rental which really should have happened PRIOR to sitting in the parking lot in 100 degree heat filling out a form just to be approved. If I had been declined, I would have been very upset. Filling out the information for approval should be done prior with the check in process to include the minimal information to get the rental moving along. I had reserved the truck for 2:00 PM and I got there at 2 but it took me so long to complete the checkin process, it didn't leave until 2:30 but the required bring back time was still 2. The rental should start from the time the checkin is completed. I will never rent from UHaul again.
