I found it difficult to find this pickup location. It has an entrance on a side street …. However the most confusing part is that the U-haul website continues to list another location on Dundas Street in London - approximately 1,5 km further east - that NO LONGER EXISTS! Please remove this location from the website and other customers will be find the correct location much easier.

The Customer Service Rep. was everything the Rep. at the pick-up location wasn't. Total opposites. The Rep. at the drop-off location was excellent.

hadish jOver all good but I could have drop it off at a closer location as they had another truck there for the next person. I was charged for going over km's a little bit plus putting gas in it to. If I know that then would not have filled it were it should have been. Would have left it down a little.
