Gentlemen inside establishment knew nothing and was unhelpful. Gave me a phone number of a lady who hung up on me, not sure if it was accident or on purpose, I called back then no answer. Then she called me back but had rap music playing in the back ground and was having inappropriate conversations with others and yelling at kids. She then put me on hold and never came back. Woman text me later I should be receiving an email. And that was it. Horrible first experience. Would never choose this location again. Not sure if I'll even rent from uhaul again if this is the crap you gotta deal with trying to return a trailer.
