Nothing I can think of. Staff at office was great. So professional and friendly. Makes it a pleasure to work with. I will rent from Jennifer and her office mate (can't think of her name) again.

These two women made this one my favorite visit to a uhaul authorized retailer in over 6 states and countless location.
ian D.Wrongfully charged fuel and fill up service. Representative showed me AFTER fuel needle and claimed it was the “before†image at dispatch despite odometer stating differently. Odometer reading does not go down!!! Started with 1/8 fuel tank (odometer reading: 57 954,7 miles) and left with 1/4 fuel tank (odometer reading: 58 001,2 miles) . Also wrongfully charged cleaning fee for “stacking blankets†even though I didn't order them and didn't use them.

Jack P.This location is a bit hidden and there are two Church "streets" (One street, one called road.) My GPS took me to the wrong location first. Likely my fault. I also actually thought I was choosing a larger facility nearby; but Jennifer ? worker there was great.
Anne F.The rental was great and the place was well organized. However, an access code was needed to get to the trucks, and I was not provided this code upon reserving my uhaul. I spent 27 minutes on the phone waiting to find out how I could get to my rental truck (I had the key!), when I should have been moving already by that point. Everything else was fine, but it was a less than pleasant start to the day.

Although the pick up/drop off location waived the after-hours return fee, it is ridiculous that you charge $20 to return the vehicle after hours, especially if the facility is capable of returning after hours. When making reservations online, please disclose ALL additional surcharges, taxes and fees.

Elizabeth C.If you drop the truck off, make sure to call the location to confirm they received it. I got an email from U-haul 4 days later stating that I hadn't returned the truck yet. This was because the location didn't register that it was dropped off on the appropriate date/time.

Joseph T.I ordered and paid for moving blankets and a dolly that were not with th truck when I picked it up so we had to go without. Also the truck was at a 24 hour facility behind locked gates so we had to wait for someone to come open the gates before we could get to the truck delaying our move. I called uhaul and they didnt have the information to get to the truck either.

The assistant manager who must do most of the work was walking the complex and wasn't available when we made the return. The clerk was nice and friendly, but not very helpful or knowledgeable.

mark C.This was our drop off location. I was told i could drop my truck off after hours and use the app to check in. It was after dark when i got there and i was not even sure i was at the right place. There is no uhaul signs. The only sign said vault storage. There were no other uhaul trucks anywhere that i could see. It would have been nice if we were told in advance that this was not an actual uhaul location. I finally found a small uhaul drop box for the keys. When i tried to check out online the website would not let me check out. The whole drop off experience was not good.
