I was instructed to drop off the tuck at Waive Taxi Location in Keswick. When I went to this location at around 10:00 AM, the office was still closed and no one was there. I waited for 20 minutes and when no one showed up, I decided to use uhaul's online app to drop off which to my surprised now instructed me to drop truck at another location 3 Kms away from current location,. When I finally found this remote location, I was told by staff there that they don't accept trucks at the location. After I told the staff what I had gone through, she decided to help me out and started making some calls and finally approved drop off truck.

Was locked out of the location and when I called the uhaul number to get the gate access code, I was hung up on 3 times

Except that the self serve drop off couldn’t “find my location” no matter how many times I reset and allowed it to, the woman who worked there was extremely helpful in helping me return the truck.

I did not know the code to get into the yard to pick up the truck and it took over 40 minutes to get it. Very frustrating.

This location is online self check in/out. The system U-hail uses is horrible, spent almost an hour in hold trying to check in and get the actual keys to the vehicle. Once I got a live body they said I needed a different phone number, provided it and then transferred me and I was cut off. Thankfully, I got the number and called in. Once finally connected, person on the phone very helpful and it all worked out. The system (technology) needs to be improved. Girl at the storage location very friendly and supportive however this is a self serve location and they couldn't help me except to say this is a common experience. Requested furniture pads, was charged for them, but none provided.

Overhaul uhaul. The representative here was excellent despite the many many many problems with uhaul.

The location is listed as 24 hour pickup and drop off, but the uHaul services are located inside a enclosed gated facility. There are 24 hour uHaul services inside (drop-off mail slot, combination key pickup uHaul lockers) but there is no way to get to them after hours.

I had to drive one and a half hours to get this truck because at the location I booked in Barrie the truck I was supposed to get had a brake light warning. They were going to give me another truck but that one wouldn't start. It was very inconvenient to have to go that far.

The person at the reception desk was fantastic!!!!! We couldn't have gotten through the signing in process without her. She not only was very helpful but was very pleasant and was always smiling. They are very fortunate to have her. Regards, Rick Blank

nothing, everything was great, right from first meeting with Karen to when I returned it....Karen was a pleasure to deal with !!

My only concern was we booked a truck on line for a Dunlop St in Barrie pick up this was accepted. When I was called to check if I still needed this truck I said yes and was told the pick up was Keswick. I was given extra mileage which was appreciated but the extra driving and distance was not. I will still recommend UHaul.

The people were extremely rude and the guy was swearing at me because he wanted me to move the truck around the yard because he wanted to go home and I asked him to help and he lost his mind. Very very rude. Will never go back

I showed up and the gate was locked. I had to call a number on the gate and waited over 10 extra minutes on top of my 45 min drive to get the truck. Extremely disappointed.

Customer service was amazing. Friendly .. very helpful and informative...... Van was clean .. easy pick up and drop off ty again for the help !
