It was a inconvenient place to pick up the truck. I had to drive an hour out of the way. So that added 2 extra hours to my trip.

Owner refused to hook up the trailer to my car without addition money in cash with no receipt. He did tell me if I had reserved directly through him he would have hooked it up free but since I called your main number first he couldn't. I tried to hook it up myself (because I didn't want to pay extra especially after feeling obligated to take the additional insurance with the horrible condition the trailer was already in) i damaged my car because the trailer was parked on a hill with no blocks under the wheels and it was too heavy for me and I didn't fully understand how to hook it up. I was barely able to get the trailer back on the ground because it was so heavy. At this point I paid the extra cash and he hooked up the trailer but it was very loose. A friend in town who drives a trailer professionally helped me tighten the connection and corrected the chains which Mac (the owner on VB mart) had tied in knots. I just purchased my car in December it is a new $45,000 vehicle I am very upset about the damage. I also did not appreciate having the price of the trailer double between reserving it and picking it up. I was appalled by the condition of the trailer I received. Mac was not able to provide locations for drop off that were open late enough for my work schedule this weekend but I did find somewhere myself and they were great

Front desk gentleman tried some-what to be helpful but wasn't. He wasn't prepared to take the two trucks and auto transports we were bringing and said he wasn't aware they were coming. The entire experience from beginning to end was very unpleasant and we would like a discount of our payment if possible, to make up for it. If someone could check our call logs from numbers, you'll see that we had to call in at least 5-6 times to sort out incorrect charges and problems with the reservation. We wouldn't recommend UHaul to a friend now, sadly, after this experience.

Have a closer location and inform customers about their milage limit. Just picking up the Uhaul and getting it home went over my mileage limit before I could even start moving! Having to drive.an hour away to pick it up was very inconvenient. The owner of this site was fantastic at informing me of the requirements before rerurning and helping me make this move feasable.

The person in charge had me wait for her to show up so she could look at the uhaul before returning, I waited 15 mins and she never showed so unstopped the keys in the drop box and left. Staff member called me and demanded I meet her to look over the uhaul when I was informed from my pick up location all I had to do was refill the truck with fuel, sweep it, and drop off the key. This woman complained about how the uhaul was parked and charges me an additional $39 for a cleaning fee and said the gas was between half a tank and 3/4 of a tank instead of on 3/4 tank exactly. Extremely dissatisfied with this uhaul rental overall, especially the drop off location.

The person who you rent the U-Haul from barely speaks English but that isn't the issue it's the fact that she has to be on her phone with her sister (who owns another store with u haul attached) who has to walk her through the process of renting u haul to customers in their native language. I got to the location at 11:30 and took well over an hour to get out of the door with no other customers in the store and I had previously checked in hours before would certainly never recommend this location.

This place is a joke. The guy is rude stopped waiting on me several times to run other people's lotto and purchases. Double charged my credit card for the rental. Told me it wasn't his fault screamed and yelled at me. Worst possible experience.

Customer Service at the location was great. Equipment was in need of repair and created some dangerous travel situations. Did not call uhaul repair, wasn't aware it was an option for this and would have delayed the trip further. Was already getting back in the early hours.

The attendant spoke no English and simply stated "call 800 number" After much difficulty, I finally found an 800 phone number to Uhaul and a gentleman stated "Oh he doesn't speak English, but I can complete your contract by phone. There was no one to help me hitch the trailer to my car at the site. The electric cord from the trailer was missing, so I had to pirate one from another trailer. This was a major fiasco. In addition, I was made at the last moment to go to this location which was 45 minutes away from my original requested location.

This place is closed on Sunday, so we were not able to interact with anyone. We just left the truck there and put the keys in the drop box.

I was told by the attendant that I would need to call the 800 number he provided me of which 3 of the numbers I could not read. When asked the attendant just raised his hands and shoulders and again said call. I tried 3 number combinations until I found U-Haul. The Lady who answered the phone sounded as though she had just crawled out of bed. Not happy with the drop off part of this trip.

As we were coming to the end of our move the brake system on the truck started alerting us that there was problems with the brake system. As far as CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT WAS TOP OF THE LINE!

When we arrived, we had to wait 20 minutes for the "guy in charge" of the uHaul transactions to drive to VB Mart. After a quite lengthy processing time, we again had to wait for him to "walk back to his house and print a receipt because his printer wasn't working". The entire process from the time we arrived until the time we drove off was one hour and fifteen minutes.

rude...very unhelpful..tow dolley was stuck between 2 other trailers...instead of moving the u-haul trucks in front of it was told you can get it out. no eazy task for one person when its sitting on a slight grade to move.

U-haul rental experience overall is a joke very bad customer service I had to go to three different locations to pick up my moving equipment. I would never use U-haul again. just a very bad experience. auto transport did not fit my truck, we had to let the air out of the tires so the straps would fit around (original equipment tires). The truck was dirty inside and out (bugs on windshield, broken glass in box, dirty clothes in cab under passenger seat.
