Truck was so dirty and smelly . We have to clean the truck first and then we started . It was very messy. I wasn't expecting this kind of experience from a well known company like uhaul. Another thing is truck mileage was very low and there was an issue in gear box while lowering the speed hence it became very scary on highways. Kindly call me if you need more feedback.

It was hard to unlock the padlock to get the truck key. The letter combination given did not open the padlock. Had to call customer support who asked to rotate a full cycle, and it worked. I guess it could be frozen under below 0 Celsius conditions.

Thay over Charge me on the kilometers for the truck on the website it's says 89 cents and thay charge me $1:46 at the location

Make sure that return of equipment is as per schedule. Delays in equipment return create a lot of practical problems for next equipment receiver.

I think uhaul can take care of the refuel cost as already the customer is paying per km/mile. May be the per km cost can be increased slightly to accommodate the refuelling cost.

Drop box did not work/ just left open with no codes available for the number lock RIDICULOUS and now will have to return the keys the following day in person. Horrible location.

Communication between dealer and previous customer were pretty bad which made me wait 1 hour at pick up location. There is no mobile pick up at this location, I have been called a day before to pick up booked cargo van.

Owner was 45 minutes late. I had to call several other places looking for a rental because I wasn't sure he was going to show up. No apology, just excuses - he missed his bus. Called 3 hours later looking for the rental. I paid for 4 hours. Owner said it was my fault and the u-haul sites fault for booking the vehicle when he wasn't available. Will never go back here. What a horrible horrible experience. And was charged $120 for some reason…. For a van for 3 hours. Worst experience I've had with a rental place.

The vehicle was dirty like anything. It got stuck on the road in 3 kms and I had to wait for 2 hours in the vehicle for Rod assistance. I used it first time and never going to recommend anyone.

The very first time I have seen someone asking for the credit card handy and copying all the credit card number plus the secret 3 digit number to their system. I am just going to escalate this issue to higher management

The pick up locations hoodwinked you to add additional options you never asked for. Luckily the uhaul service center was kind enough to refund the amount.

The agreement stated I picked up the truck with 5/16 of a tank but it was closer to 1/4... I was charged $12 for 6L of fuel after the drop off... left a bad taste in my mouth. The pick up and drop off locations were convenient!

Location was not open to give me the keys, had to wait 20 minutes for my registration to be transferred to vcell on Kennedy road, which is the location I would recommend highly to a friend.

I didn't requested for save move coverage they just deduct my 15 dollars additional without my consent thats not acceptable. Poor service..

I missed the email telling me it was in a cellular phone store and wasted time looking for an office.

Add an after hours drop off box, I will have to return the next day to drop off the keys, major inconvenience.

They told me to just throw the keys in the van and leave it when returning. But when I was returning it, it did not feel right to do so in a public parking lot. Also the key tag said it was the spare key as they could not find the original. When I tried going thru website return process, it would not work even though I allowed full browser access. I called customer service to get help but after 50 min On hold for next available two, I finally hung up and had a friend come pick me up and did return process on her phone. The process clearly says to put the key in uhaul keybox outside the store but it does not exist at this location and the only box that does has a combination lock on it and nowhere does it tell me what that combo is so can't open it. Very inefficient and frustrating.

We had reservations to pick-up the truck at 11am (for a 4-hour rental) on a Sunday, however the owner/operator of store did not show up until 12noon. We showed up at 11am, tried calling Uhaul customer service to no avail. At 12noon, owner/operator showed up with no apologies on his part. He maintains his hours of operations on Sundays are 12-5pm, but his signage on door does not reflect that (it says 11am-5pm). In any case, we lost an hour of our 4-hour rental. Both parties need to get their acts together and update the necessary information for the next renter.

I picked the van it was not clean and sanitized. Also van gas was half filled and when i returned back they charge me for full tank

The office opened 15 mins late and it took me almost an hour to get the truck, though there was only one customer before me Most time was taken to get the additional equipment (dolly) added to order, though I was confirmed a day before that Dolly is added. My biggest issue is, however, the wrong information given about the truck fuel consumption, which made me spend C$100 (I demand a refund). I was told that truck is half tank and it goes around 60-70 kilometers in half tank. That made to fill the tank full in the beginning itself, and at the time of return there was hardly 1 % fuel (hardly C$10 worth spent). The excess amount should be refunded to me

Poor poor service smelly vehicle with lots of dirt inside no cleaning even though I was left with overcharged for the gas I filled for 35$ informed him and the rep was like I cant do nothing cheating completely if someone put extra gas also no reimburse. What about charging the customer with the filthy and dirty vehicle

The vehicle wasn’t clean and had garbage in the vehicle from the previous use as well the staff weren’t extremely knowledgeable of how to use the systems or the overall process.

I had to book rental through uhaul website and I had to go through little trouble, but representative made it easier for me . Thank you so much for making this rental easier for me .
