Had to pay 20$ for gaz when I only went for 25km... quite sure the truck was not really full when leasing U-Haul facilities, or gaz consumption is more than 25L/100km!!! Apart from that, the lady at the front desk was friendly.cyril S.

Price quoted online was 1/3 to 1/2 the price. Not sure what happened. Cigarette smoking inside reception area made it very unpleasant.Deepti K.
The garage/office is extremely dirty. It's unacceptable to receive customers in an office like this, go have a look and you'll understand. The person responsible for the rental was not professional at all. Her desk was full of junk and she was drinking her huge Tim Horton's coffee while speaking with customers. There was a colleague with me and he said he would never work there and it's been a long time he hasn't seen such a place. Merci.MATHIEU C.

Trailer was 3 hours late for 4pm appointment, picked it up at 7pm. Poor communication, very, very rude, no paperwork, no assistance, workers smoking pot on the premises. I am done with uhaul, never againtim K.

I am the Engineer Juan Carlos Marroquin, I rented the truck because I live on Ile Perrot, the dealership is an absurdly dirty office, the bathroom is filthy and the person who attends is totally rude, do you need more information to go an make inspection of an UHAUL trucks representative ?!?!?JUAN CARLOS M.
And no, we were really disappointed in the fact that the pick up location was changed the day before, the pick up location was very accomodating nothing wrong with them. But it was significantly further than the pick up on Cremazie, so we had to pay an extra 35$ for extra mileageYves L.
I was quoted 0,89cents a mile and I was billed 1,43/ Mile. Totally unacceptable. I would like a refund please. I called the office to inquire why I was billed 1,43/Mi and never got a call back .elvio S.
Was supposed to pick up the teuch at 7am as per my reservation, but the clerk forgot to put a lock, so I had to wait until they opened at 10am which set us way behind for loading and getting to our destination. Truck was dirty and sticky inside.Jean L.

I reserved 1 trailer type. When I got to the location, the trailer reserved wasn't available. Had to compromise to rent another type of trailer, which caused in the end 1 extra hour of waiting more than 45 minutes waiting in line on the phone and 3 extra hours of work after (with the trailer)Carol N.

Got email and phone message that drop off to made at Ile Perrault instead of Lea Coteaux. Dropped it off after 3 days with email confirmation next morning. Got charged for 12 days instead of 3!!!!! I have photos of day of drop off and mileage to get reimbursed! You are the worst and staff was loss and could not find truck until 7 days later.Jean-Francois D.

First of all they arrived late I was suppose to get the truck at 10AM and they arrived at the office at 10h15. I was paying people to move my stuff to palais des congrÃ¨s for thÃ© Ã©vent. The pick up location was not at all clean and inviting but i truly believe that most of the blame for the mix ups at this location, ie; not getting the 15 ft box truck as ordered, and not having the supposedly assigned vehicle at this location are due to logistical and tracking errors which seem to be common occurence with this buisness model.Normand L.

A complaint has been filed a day after pick-up. This place isva scrap yard, a dump. Had to get trailer with tongue sitting in 4 in. of water and mud. After pinning the trailer, found out that electrical was not working. Re-pinned another trailer. Swapped electrical wires for it to work. Trailer was dirty. No help from dealer who clearly did not care. Seeing a U-Haul truck in such a dump is not a good reflection on your reputation. We've had positive experiences so far. That is a horrible experience that i wish no one will have to deal withSylvaine C.
The boss of this place showed up 1h45 late and never apologized to anyone of us (we were 8 waiting for her) Thanks u-haul for giving me a 50$ discount. Even though I have to say this was my worst experience renting a truck ever. And an employee there told me this was not the first time this happens. Not sure why she is renting trucks, this place is not reliable at all. On the other hand; the truck was good and ready to go.Kevin C.

I reserved a trailer online and waived the insurance coverage since I am covered by my car insurance. Once again, U-Haul added the insurance that I had declined, but this time it slipped past me since the agent on site did not disclose that it was added. U-Haul always tries to add insurance coverage after it is declined ... THIS IS A SCAM and I will be reporting it to the proper authorities.Andrew B.

The uhaul trailor's lights that I rented were none function (checked and tested with multiple different connectors) , therefore I had to take another type of trailer that was available (open back). I was not able to fit all of my belongings into the trailer due to the changed model that I had to take. It started snowing and my belongings got wet. The associated pick up location was very dirty and the management was poor. I had to wait about 30 mins for the owner to show up after their advertised opening hours. I would highly recommend a review of the cleanliness of your locations !John R.

Nous avions la location Ã partir de 9h. Nous avons attendu un employÃ© dans le stationnement jusqu'Ã 9h45 pour finalement partir avec notre trailer vers 10h donc nous avons perdu 1h de location. Le trailer Ã©tait derriÃ¨re la bÃ¢tisse dans un trou de boue. Quand nous sommes revenu le porter, l'employÃ© Ã©tait confu et croyait qu'on venait chercher un trailer... ce n'est OD un endroit que je conseille. The garage was dirty, service was poor. No one inspected the trailer before and after the reservation. The trailer was in mud/puddles and hard to get out and hook up alone. I will need to pay to clean my car full of mud.The trailer was dirty inside, lots of wood pieces. I lost 25-30mins getting the trailer hooked up and out of the mud. My 10years son had to help and push because no one in the shop came out to help.Martin R.
This shop does not respect smoking rules. They smoke inside close to clients. My clothes where stinking cigarettes after me getting in their office. it's somewhat a scarry place to walk in but from a rental point of view they served me well.Eric B.

Service left lots to be desired. I filled up the gas tank and barely used any gas and couldn't be credited the balance or given a break. This rental location is sketchy but the staff is friendly enough..ALLAN S H.
This location was not professional, as a matter of fact the service was so poor that I filed a report.. it was a complete disaster from start to finish.. with very little effort to help.
