The uhaul trailor's lights that I rented were none function (checked and tested with multiple different connectors) , therefore I had to take another type of trailer that was available (open back). I was not able to fit all of my belongings into the trailer due to the changed model that I had to take. It started snowing and my belongings got wet. The associated pick up location was very dirty and the management was poor. I had to wait about 30 mins for the owner to show up after their advertised opening hours. I would highly recommend a review of the cleanliness of your locations !

Nous avions la location à partir de 9h. Nous avons attendu un employé dans le stationnement jusqu'à 9h45 pour finalement partir avec notre trailer vers 10h donc nous avons perdu 1h de location. Le trailer était derrière la bâtisse dans un trou de boue. Quand nous sommes revenu le porter, l'employé était confu et croyait qu'on venait chercher un trailer... ce n'est OD un endroit que je conseille. Si j'ai affaire à louer encore je crois que je changerais d'établissement.

The garage was dirty, service was poor. No one inspected the trailer before and after the reservation. The trailer was in mud/puddles and hard to get out and hook up alone. I will need to pay to clean my car full of mud.The trailer was dirty inside, lots of wood pieces. I lost 25-30mins getting the trailer hooked up and out of the mud. My 10years son had to help and push because no one in the shop came out to help.

This shop does not respect smoking rules. They smoke inside close to clients. My clothes where stinking cigarettes after me getting in their office. it's somewhat a scarry place to walk in but from a rental point of view they served me well.

The vehicle had food residues inside the cabin. In the box, dolly and blankets were out of their packaging. I got pictures to prove i wasn't the one to use them. In general the vehicle condition was very low. Dirt inside the box and cabin.

No sanitary measures, no mask, the person smoked at the reception and on the return the mechanic smoked a joint inside. In addition, they indicated the wrong miles, over 100 excess miles. I am very disappointed

Service left lots to be desired. I filled up the gas tank and barely used any gas and couldn't be credited the balance or given a break. This rental location is sketchy but the staff is friendly enough..

This location was not professional, as a matter of fact the service was so poor that I filed a report.. it was a complete disaster from start to finish.. with very little effort to help. I was treated poorly as a consequence of their error.. with ended up costing me money for their error.. a berth bad experience would be understated!!!

Had the misfortune of returning my truck in the rain . Had to walk through numerous puddles of mud . It was close to my house , which was very convenient, but now I have to was my shoes ðŸ'ž and pants ðŸ'- after going for a mud bath in the parking lot . The Key Drop box was not secured to the building , The lights out in the parking lot were non existent , but besides that , everything went well. 😉.

Je devais laissé la remorque à votre succursale de Dorion-Vaudreuil, l'accueil était médiocre et je ne me suis pas gêné pour le dire à la dame qui m'a reçue, elle m'a littéralement jeté dehors de son établissement , j'ai du faire quelques kilomètre de plus pour déposer la remorque à votre autre succursale de l'Ile Perrot, la dame était gentille , mais j'ai du détacher moi-même la remorque seul, sans aide , vraiment cela me laisse un gout amer et la prochaine fois je vais surement voir vos concurrents, tout cela est absolument inacceptable. De Plus bien que je sois francophone et que ma réservation fut en français, toutes vos correspondances écrites, l'ont été en anglais, vraiment une très mauvaise expérience sur toute la ligne.

Facility was dirty and not well kept and the staff were late in morning to open. Will not rent here again or recommend. We did not receive mattress cover as paid for and the blankets were dirty and just laying in bottom of truck. The young guy that eventually helped me was nice - and the check in process online was b minus.

Your online application doesn't work properly. I called to inform you and was blamed and hung up on. I called to change my appointment to 9 am to make sure I could just walk in the office get the keys and go but no one even showed up or answered my calls in said office. They ended up calling me at 930 to come back and get the truck. I asked for a discount for my incoveince they refused and told me to call uhaul. I was just on the phone with U-Haul for 30 minutes only to be hung up on after she argued with me it was my fault I couldn't get the truck. Even tho your office wasn't open when it should have been. (the kid didn't even know he had an order for uhaul today when he called me back). The truck I ordered was suppose to be the bigger one, got two orders on my file, and they sent the smaller one. I informed them on the phone of this twice that it was the larger one I needed and I only needed one before I went to pick it up. Most customer service people are rude, argumentative and just unhelpful. (I had two that were really nice but they didnt fix my two truck issue previous to pick up) Unsatisfied doesn't even cover how I feel. I haven't even looked looked at my bill yet but if it's correct. I'll be surprised considering I was also told I could drop the truck off anywhere when I picked it up and the place I dropped it threatened to charge me 200 $... Your company is so mismanaged and you can see that having all these outlets might make you some money but it's a fucking disaster for your clients. This was my first and last experience with this company. ( I will mention the lady I dropped it off to while a bit loud and pushy when I was already at my breaking point and in tears.. was nice about it in the end). I will not be recommending you to anyone or be using you again. Thank you for the hassle, stress, tears and arguments. Have a blessed day.

Truck was fine, dolly included. I had asked for a few blankets only 1 in the truck she told Me to go look in the other truck on site none! The person I dealt with was smoking inside!!

Worst experience. Some men first told me to « come back at 10 » because the owner was not there. They bever said Hi, just could not care less. I had made a reservation for 9 and had a reservation number confirmation on my phone. Finally the owner arrives, she wears no mask and makes me repeat all the infos I had already given to do my reservation maybe 10 times. After 20 minutes hands me the key and says « the car is there ». Oh and by the way I am a francophone and the lady was not capable of serving me in french. Really awfull place to go get a Uhaul. I would not recommand Uhaul continuing with them. I would prefere driving 10 km more than going back to that place.

U haul equipment is kept in the back of a small wrecking yard. I drop the trailer off at 6pm on a Sunday and there were several sketchy looking individuals dismantling vehicles in the yard.

The truck was not at the location we asked. Had to go for a 40 minutes drive , in a garage where people smoke inside the place, truck was not there so they gave us one that belong to another customer, was missing a dolly, had to pick it up at another location which they made a 2nd contract for that......when we tried to call scheduling manager as we we're told , the rudeness of this guy was unbelievable. He actually did not care about our issue and told us that if we were not happy, that he could just cancel our reservation and move another day ...this was the worst experience EVER with a moving company.

Lack of space, back area is almost not drivable due the mud, deep holes filled with water.. I might have damaged my vehicle.

Location had no idea I was coming. I had to remove snow from the hood/window/roof (I needed to drive to my parents to use a ladder to get on). Gave me the keys without signing anything. No pre inspection done. I needed to dig out the truck from the snow as well. I was over an hour behind schedule.
