Although their website said they would be open at 9am, no one was there. The app could not get my location to complete the check in although I'm 100 % sure it had the permission to get the location, the driver's license scan also did not work for the back of it.

Absolute different U-Haul experience, great customer service and very friendly. Not surprised that this location will stop working with U-Haul pretty soon. U-Haul as a company is in a sorry state of affair
Dhruv BYour company needs better communication between its branches. I was told to drop of truck at a different location and had the franchisee help me move my personal vehicle to the drop off location. This was due to this location closing down temporary for several weeks. At the end of my rental I tried to return truck to the location agreed to at time of rental. They refused the return. I had to take truck back to pickup location. The mobile return app did not work and there was no one at this location. Spent 1,5hrs on phone with customer service and had to email all the required pictures to prove that I returned truck fuelled, mileage on odometer and that the truck was parked correctly at location. After all that I had to walk to the U-haul location where my personal vehicular was parked as there was no bus service in the area and I was not able to get a taxi. It took me 25 minutes walking in the rain to get there. Not a fun evening. Thanks Uhaul

Annette HUnrelated to the location was the fact that I had reserved a truck at the Red Apple store location in Abbotsford for 8:30 am. According to your e-mail communication, someone was to call me a few weeks before the day for confirmation. I received no phone calls. In addition, my location was changed without informing me. This precipitated that I waited outside the rental location for 30 minutes because nobody informed me of the change of pick-up venue or the time that the new venue would be open. Great personal service from the individual at the pickup location. Lousy customer service and support from the website.
David VHorrible customer service. Over charged me because of all the hidden fees and extra charges all of which arent applicable. . I have never had such shifty service as I have from this location I would still use uhaul just not from this location
Kristina WThe location did not have the truck size I ordered nor did they have sufficient packing supplies. The truck was filthy on the outside and obviously not cleaned to COEVID standards on the inside. The Manager however was very polite and apologetic for the numerous frustrations
Jacqueline SI did not receive an email that my pickup location had been changed. Arriving at the new location I was told at first that there was no truck for me. Very stressful. The storefront was dark and locked. The employee just happened to be in his truck in the parking lot. We did finally get the truck.
