I have no idea why you are charging an after hours fee when i dropped truck off. Please remove this charge. The truck was brought back early . i was not send a email informing me what to do , so i phoned 1 800 663 0800.. Had photo of milage and fuel informed them of this .RANDAL H.

Using my phone was so difficult. It took way too long and by the end I was so frustrated. Plus we had to put half a tank of gas and it wasn't even that much when we picked it up. The truck worked fine though. So in that was it was dependable. But I was able to get it last minute so I shouldn't really complain. Merci.Red M.
unsure how I feel - the 24/7 app failed to work which meant pickup of the vehicle took me over an hour. The gas meter system does not work when you are 'estimating' the level of the gas gauge. I know for a fact that I left it with more gas than I got it and yet I still got charged a fee for fuel.Derek C.

The van needs a wheel alignment. And you need know that a person CANNOT associate a new booking with an account that is different from the booking email address. I was online with Crystal and a fellow that helped me. Check the records, they were both very helpful.Jordan G.
Again, I used the phone app, which meant I did all the work, & the U-Haul franchisee did nothing. This is an auto wrecking yard, with no onsite parking for U-Haul. Parking is only on the street. It didn't matter much to me, but some customers would be put off by this location.Colin H.

Your app is very difficult to use.I was unable to pick up at the designated time on time. I had to call the 1-800 number and was on hold twice for over a half hour each time. Once I did get through the woman was amazingly helpful. You really need to make your app more user friendly. While we were waiting on hold another girl came up to ask how to work the app and we said you have to call as we couldn't figure it out either.Pamela M.
The checkin process could be significantly faster. I spent almost 30 minutes at the site trying to get the keys. 1) I was late for my checkin (went to wrong location), had to change my time to get the â€œget my truckâ€ link 2) â€œapproval processâ€ took another 10 minutes, would have been easier prior to arrival. Otherwise like the 24/7 system, just needs some streamliningJames H.

U-Haul is by far the worst choice for a moving company. I drove 18 miles and was charged 100 $for fuel. I understand it's a business and they're goi to make money. But those rates are literally highway robbery. I wrote to them for a response and they ghosted me. Horrible customer services, old units, nothing positive about the experience at all. Prices are way too expensive, horrible customer service for U-Haul traffic customer service, the website and the app was hard to verify anything. My reservation for Wednesday April 28th was for 9am and I didn't get my rental until almost 10am, but I tried to go through the process to verify things and I was late moving my family, it set me back almost an 1,5 hours. When I was supposed to bring it back at 5, I was late by 15 minutes, I got more time and the older gentleman that I was dealing with said he would give me until 8am the next morning to return the truck and at no other charges to me other than the 137,99 $ I already paid for Wednesday April 28th. I went to return the truck at 7pm on Wednesday April 28th, uhaul wanted an additional 133 $and something cents. I do not feel this additional charge is not fair and I do not approve of this being charged to my credit card. My family and I are a low income family, we thought this would be more affordable with little to no help helping us move and it's put my family in financial hardship. I just needed and wanted to move my family out of a not so family friendly neighborhood. As of right now my family and I will not be coming back to rent anything from U-Haul anytime in the future or recommending U-Haul to anyone. I'm very disappointed, dissatisfied and disgusted in U-Haul.RYAN M.

The user experience on your booking website was terrible at best. I spent long periods of time on the phone with customer service trying to rectify the situation after multiple attempts to pick up the vehicle, and enter confirmation codes, both through e-mail, or text message. Also, some of the buttons would not allow me to check them as the terms, and user agreements would not show up on the screen. I use Google Chrome on an Android phone, so I am using the most common operating system on a new 5G phone, so I know it is not a result of my phone being old. After many frustrating attempts, I contacted customer service, and the gentleman who I spoke to had to manually send me codes. He was excellent in his professional demeanor, and was patient, and understanding. I was grateful for his help, and he resolved a very stressful situation. If the website was more user friendly, the experience would have been much better.Wade M.
Took an hour on the phone with uhaul just to get the keys as my email and phone number wasn't in system. Covered in snow and ice with no means to scrape and brush off truck . Truck had no M and S or snow tires which is illegal on most highways in the okanagan/interior. Had to call tow truck as I got stuck with poor tires.Todd L.

The customer machine on the counter seemed to be acting finicky. Either that or the software. It all got done and Brad was super but it was a bit frustrating for the both of us I think.TAMMY D.
The vehicle cab was not clean and there was damage that had not been reported from the previous use. The agent had to sweep out the box - it was very dirty. The whole rental seemed rushed and he was just trying to get rid of the vehicle. This office needs to explain the rules clearly before renting (I got nothing)Bruce C.

Regarding Q1 How would you rate this location? It's a auto wrecking yard that has U-haul as at least its 2ndary business. The premises are typical for a wrecking yard; mostly grease & auto parts; somewhat intimidating but the staff were all over customer service. I'm upset I was told I would get reimbursed if I didn't use all my fuel the truck barely made it to the gas station then took 100,00 $ to fill I used only a quarter of a tank and the woman in Kamloops where I dropped it off was rude and ignorant, about the whole fuel issue telling me that the place where I picked up my uhaul was wrong and offered me nothing, she would not even stand still to talk to me I had the chase her over the whole truck lot just to receive a shitty answer,I will rather spend the extra money and get a moving company than to use uhaul again from the experience I receivedMicheal S.

I find that the requirement for cellphones a little obtuse. What if you don't have a cell phone, where it is now required?? SPECIFICALLY, I did not receive an invitation to record the damage on the trailer that I was renting, until about 1 hour after it was in my possession. OOPS! While I applaud your online presence, it is certainly not paperless. I came home with 7 pages of crap that I didn't need.Angus A.

Your reservation system leaves a lot to be desired. I Had a confirmed reservation which was changed on me at the last minute an alternate was provided which was ridiculous.
