Gary J.This is the 3rd time I reserved a small trailer and had to accept a larger one at this location. I don't haul that much between homes which causes a larger trailer to bounce. Very unnerving when driving 1500 miles and spending 26 hours on the road. I shouldn't have to drive to another state to pick up the trailer I reserved in advance.

James K.The website wouldn't let me complete the return on my own so I had to contact uhaul and was on hold for 40 minutes and thus was charged a $20 fee which I wouldn't of had to pay if the site was working correctly. That was very frustrating!!

Thomas S.You can give them more advanced notice if you're going to make them go over 100 miles to pick up a truck! If I had not called in Thursday, I would have been delayed a full day in moving!! I had to inconvenience 2 of my friends and cost them a bunch of money they weren't expecting to spend either!! I'm still not happy about how much extra this move cost me. I'm on a very tight budget and that extra driving really set me back. I don't think I will ever use Uhaul again.

Mollie S.Owner of Vick's Corner was very rude to me. I had ordered a utility dolly and a larger dolly in my order. The owner of the establishment tried to charge me for a piece of equipment I didn't order and when I tried to reason with him, he walked out and raised his voice at me. Will not rent a UHaul from them again.
