James McDonaldThe 10' box truck had zero creature comforts. No power windows, locks. No cruise control. There's a gas usage gauge that only read in the green if you were off the gas. And to charge nearly $250 for use of this is ridiculous. Need to upgrade equipment or drop price point.

Gina BaileyNeither the heat nor the radio worked in the 15' truck making the travel experience very uncomfortable. When this was brought to manager's attention upon return of the truck (15 hours prior to time due) it was brushed off as not significant. I believe a credit to the card charged should have been made. I would think a refund of at least $200 would be reasonable.

CHRISTINE DEKKERThe thing I don't like about making online reservations is that when I get to the locations (I've used two different places regularly over the years) we always have to go through all the same steps again I just did online. Like no, I don't want insurance. I just feel like the check in process is painful, when I've rented so many times.

David SimonsonOwner was smoking in the establishment during our transaction. Had a giant Trump 2024 sign in front of the building. Bathroom was ancient and dirty. Entire place was dirty and smelled. Would've never chosen this place if there had been other options but next one was 30 miles away. I'm a regular in this area during the summer and would never willingly give this place any business due to shoving their horrible political views in the publics face

DEAN GREIMANNOverall excellent experience! Both corporate and Vicks Corner was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me get a 15 foot truck! Thank you! The only issue was it took a long time to get into the corporate website at home and at Vicks Corner. Vicks Corner said this is a very common occurrence. It took 30 minutes to get the check- in competed.

He helps you ... Just sayin'.
Joseph PlewaThis location is a Landmark for over 90 years. The gentelman on duty was very polite and helpful. After getting home at 70 miles away I remembered I left my garage door opener in the truck and he retrieved it for my picking up later.

Harriss CI reserved a car trailer online and declined the insurance because my auto insurance covered it. When I picked it up he told me the price I got online so I signed the contract without reading it. He had added 70 plus dollars worth of insurance that I didn't notice or want. Not very honest!!!

Tami WilliamsonThe first truck he gave us sounded terrible and went a couple blocks and stalled Had trouble starting again. Took it back and he tried to tell us it was ok. He checked the oil and there was no oil. I sure the motor was destroyed as it smelled hot. He had another truck that he gave us. He had a lot of trouble using the computer. We were happy with the second truck he gave us.
Joyce BolesI will be talking to a Customer Service Rep. The truck we were given we were told had a truck engine light on but told it was nothing and to ignore it. We drove 1 mile away from pickup location and truck had a mechanical issue and was no longer driveable! We had friends/family waiting to help us load the truck. It took over 2 hours to get Uhaul to order tow truck and for us to get back to pickup location for new truck. Again, I will be talking to a customer service rep as the 1st truck never should have been given to us. It caused a long delay for us and a service recovery from UHaul is necessary!
