Karen J.U-haul 1-800 number staff misinformed me that my drop off location was which closed at 5pm had a after hours drop box, they did not. Luckily for me the Resident staffer lived above the business and was able to help me securely store the vehicle in there yard until the next business day so I could return and check in the vehicle. Very nice staff at Victor Valley Self Storage. U-haul needs to have better info about there distributors/franchisers. this will keep customers happier.
