The customer service at this location was great. The rental process was very fast and the staff were very friendly. I will be coming back to this location the next time I need to rent a U-haul. I will also recommend this location to a friend.

Fast & efficient checking in options ! I had never used Uhaul before & this location was easy to find , & a very clean property. Tim called me that morning to make sure I was safely on my way to the location & he was there waiting to assist me w/ any questions I had. Thank you Tim ! I will be renting from you again.

Retrain the staff at Victory or discontinue using their location. 1. Their was no accountability during my visit.... The U-Haul worker started the morning by having by scratch my truck as he was the spotter directing m to backup. I overlooked this issue. However, upon loading the vehicle onto the trailer and attempting to secure he didn't seem to know how to properly secure. After getting the straps secure and doing a final check, I noticed a 4inch bubble in the left tire on the trailer. Upon bringing to the uhaul staff attention and asking how could they risk lives by not inspecting the trailor.. I was told it could be repaired at another uhaul location. Since the would further delay my departure out of town i asked what type of compensation would occur for this mishap. i was giving a card for a Valerie Berry who was on the phone with the uhaul clerk and she informed me .. i would be giving a 100$ off my rental for the inconvence. I was assured the Cobb Parkway location could change the tire. However, before we could depart the trailor did not have the connector for the brake lights. The uhaul clerk came back and asked if we could go across the street and take a connector off another trailer. The other business was not open and why should a customer have to retrieve vital parts for the uhaul staff? My son proceeded to go across the street and retrieve the connector. We then proceeded to the Cobb Parkway location and was informed normally could change the tire but someone borrowed their jack! After waiting some time a uhaul worker stated who knew where to get a jack and left to retrieve a jack. This further delayed my departure but the Cobb Parkway uhaul location tried to expedite but were shocked about the condition of the trailor. After finally getting the tire changed and the car loaded... I was advised to view the rusted chains and frayed straps. I was informed they should hold for my trip but advise the Flint location to change them out before renting trailor to anyone else. It's obvious this trailor was not checked or inspected after it's last rental and to put my family life in jeopardy is TOTALLY unacceptable. The escalation path (Valarie) was not existent and NEVER returned any of my calls and to date I have not received this credit she claimed would be provided after the initial issue. I called her 3 times leaving 2 voice mails.. the other call the vm was full! Upon trying the local number a young lady stated Valerie had her own cell phone number and try calling ... i informed her i had already tried and her voice mailbox was full. I'm a 52 year old USAF Veteran who has moved all over the world ... this is by far the worst experience i've EVER had with many.. many moves. I am attempting to contact Corporate as suggested by the Cobb Parkway and Flint uhaul workers recommendation. They stated this was a one off and that the company should be made aware of this experience.

The air conditioner in the truck wasn’t working properly. Also, I chose the mobile app for pick up and had to wait for the representative to come to his office to give me the keys to the truck. He told me that he forgot to put the keys to the truck in the key box for me to pick up. That defeats the purpose of having mobile pickups.

The mileage total I was charged is wrong. I can't get anyone to respond. I was charged over 40 miles additional travel. The person renting the truck was not there at 8:00. The yruck was dirty, my mattress is going to have to be cleaned from the dirt on the floor of the truck. Someone needs to contact me regarding this...it is unacceptable.
