The staff at this location was very friendly and helpful
Susan JI'm upset when I dropped off the dolly at 11pm yesterday and today I called u haul to let them know that the dolly was back an they took there sweet time for me to get my deposit back an I still have nor received it yet.

Anthony BTruck had check engine light on and very worn windshield wipers (of course I drove through 8 hours of heavy rain), no cruise control, no digital media connections for the radio and crank windows. Not ideal for a cross-country trip.
Thomas BOffice was closed, so i called the emergency number and was instructed to drop the keys in the drop box and he (Larry) would check me in online. I snapped a picture of the mileage and gas level. HE CHARGED ME A REFUELING CHARGE, even though i returned it at the same level that i started with. I have emailed him with the photos and received no response. I'm going to dispute the charge.
