Did the 24/7 pick up and there were no keys for the truck. Took multiple phones and an hour of my time to get everything straight with a new truck. Also the location did not have the moving blanket I had requested.

Clean the truck, fix the vibration, fix council cover, the return location charged me an extra $37,5 for fuel but i put it back where i got it!!

Initially, no one there to check me in. Started online checking, got to picture upload, thru 3 pictures, and site crashed. Mr res. Was wiped out. Called Uhaul for help, on hold and on-site help showed up. His ckeck in site crashed on him as well.

There was no one there!!! We dropped the truck off one day early. It was during normal working hours. We had the reservation until Friday but got done early and dropped it off at around 3:00 pm on Thursday. There was not a single person there to check in with. I wish I worked for you guys because I would not have to be there!! Just awful experience with UHaul all around! No one was there after walking around....please check your security cameras to confirm!! AWEFUL customer service. THEN, got a call TODAY asking where truck was!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! I do not know how you are still in business!!

Scheduled pickup for 9am. No actual office or building and owner did not arrive to almost 10am. Had no way to contact him as the listed number went to voicemail every time. Had to contact U-Haul support just to contact owner. He then tried to have me hookup the trailer myself. No apology or explanation. Wouldn't recommend this U-Haul to anyone. U-Haul support was very good though.

I reserved at one location than had to drive 20 minutes out of my way to pick up the trailer. The man who checked me in and rented the trailer was very helpful. The previous person left the trailer door open during a rain storm and the floor was wet. This added frustration on the day I was moving will motivate me to find other rental companies in the future.

I was running late and the site supported an after hours drop off. Very helpful and great customer service.

The location is a bit secluded. My husband arrived before stated closing time but had to call for someone to meet him at location.
