I have to wait 30min for returning the key. Because the guy is not there

The app was a very Poor experience. I had a hard time uploading photos, the app showed a blank screen when I tried to upload a photo. This happened many many times and I had to restart the check in and check out processes. Also at the end of the rental the app didn’t show me the code to open up the box where I was supposed to put the key. I had to call the call center to get the code since I was not able to retrieve from the app.

Counter person did not know what to do. Asked me twice for the keys and i was returning a trailer. This was the third location i was trying as the first to refused to take my return when the pickup location said any of the three in that area would take my return. This location made me uncomfortable.

All was great, but please post a sign to say where to pick up rentals from (since it's from the gas stagion's little shop).

Excellent service. While I made an error, the Manager was kind and worked with me to correct the error. I highly recommend this location and the personnel.

I returned the van less than 4 hours after I had rented it. However, the gas station didn't mark in their records until Monday that I had returned the van. Also, the gas station that I picked up the van from didn't have furniture pads to rent.

I booked for utility dolly, But it was not there when I took the vehicle. The attendant told me that it will be removed during the final billing, but it was not removed. Second the vehicle was not cleaned after previous delivery. There was mud and sand all over the vehicle. I had to clean it to move my things.
