Staff were friendly and helpful but disorganized. I showed up at 8 am for my scheduled pickup and they did not arrive until 9.

Tomas MThey came thru for me when I had the accident, and had a 10ft truck waiting for me when the tow truck dropped my trailer. The service people who I was speaking with during the accident were amazing and set up the truck at this location. The customer service overall was absolutely amazing at one of my worst moments. Thank you. Though not their responsibility, I never received the promised fee for transferring my trailer contents to the 10ft truck as part of the insurance policy I paid for.

terry gDropped vehicle off after hours and a day early. Called the next day to make sure everything was ok. Dealer said Uhaul May charge for the road mud that got on the car hauler. And also I did not get my final bill. There were several detours so mileage went over the original amount contracted. How much is my bill?
Kathleen SWe had a reservation to pick up a U-Haul trailer at 9AM, the time the business was supposed to open. No one showed up until almost 10AM. The U-Haul website said all trailer rentals covered a five day period. The contract this location made only covered 4 days, but they didn't tell me that. In fact, he said I had until March 1 (5 days) to return the trailer. However, when I returned the trailer at the drop-off location on the afternoon of February 28, I was charged a late fee for being late!

John GWhen I went to pick up the worker cussed at me and then wouldn't help me hook anything up or try the lights. Come to find out he rented me faulty equipment and I didn't have any trailer lights for the entire trip. When he asked me about work I told him that I cannot work because I am a disabled Veteran and he told me "it must be nice to not have to work for a living" I know that he is an independent person and not with U-Haul but he is the face of your products in Van Horn Texas
