I was looking for a safe, secure, convenient, and reasonably priced storage facility while I got divorced. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the location and it was always easy to get into and out of. I'm excited to see they will soon have climate-controlled storage, too. Family-owned and operated. The absolute best!

Called day of to rent a truck to move my mother's things from a nursing home to my house. The gentleman who rented to us was kind and helpful. The location was fine. It was a convenient location for where I was picking up the truck. The interior of the truck was pretty dirty. It's not a good impression. Especially for what you charge for the rental.

Clean, safe, no bugs or rodents friendly staff. What else could you ask for? Oh , no water, always dry. And plenty of room to move my big trailer around. Definitely a 5 star operation.

The only negative comment I can make is that the inside had a greasy area in it and it got on the bottom of one of the boxes I loaded in the trailer. Then when I moved the box from the trailer to inside my house grease got on my floor. I have tile floors so it wiped right up. If it were carpet it would have been a problem.

Been using this storage facility for about 2 years. Good things all around. The facility manager is very friendly. I love that it's 24/7 locked access. Not too many bugs for being an outdoor unit. The place is always clean and it's a U-Haul 24/7 stop. They have dollies and furniture pads and unit locks..everything you could need for moving or a storage unit. I highly recommend this facility and if I ever need one in the future I would come back here first.

I did not enjoy my experience with the employee that I encountered upon returning the truck. I was late bringing it back, admittedly so, but the employee had a terrible attitude about the situation. As I walked in and greeted him, he said nothing, but rather had a scowl on his face. I continued to look at him while holding the lock and keys and rather than take them from me or let me know where to place them, he just shakes his head and throws his hands up in the air. He then explains that I am late (which obviously I already knew) and just continued to harp on that situation. The best way to describe it is that he was acting like a parent and I was his child coming home late from the school dance. I rented the truck to place things in storage as my family is moving and our house selling situation has been terrible and we have been thru hell and back. I was already not in a good place mentally because of all the stress and for him to act as he did, nearly pushed me over the edge. Before I did something I was going to regret, I just left the location. I planned to rent from this location again as I have to move our stuff from storage to our new house, but not now. Advice to that employee: You never know what people are going through and you work in customer service. Don't be a prick.

Everything went very smoothly for an off-hours pickup/drop off. The only issue I had was removing the padlock. It was very stiff and since I'd never seen a padlock quite like that one, I wasn't sure if I had the correct combination. Maybe a little light oil on the padlock would help.

Uhaul phone app fairly easy to use. The secondary phone number was confusing because during a prior rental, I had used my wife's phone number, and until I called customer service, the system would not accept this phone # --until cleared out of the system while I was on the phone with customer service. An unappreciated 20 minute delay.

I am livid that I have more charges on my CC for gas when we put the gas back in the vehicle when we returned it. I paid originally $109 total used the truck for about 2,5 hrs now all these charges for gas that we shouldn't be charged for. Another truck was returned same time we returned ours and the attendant said they returned with no gas, but we did the right thing now I being charged. Will NEVER use u-haul again if this is how you conduct business. Disgusting!

My camper was vandalized while being stored at Vista. Unfortunately the location makes it an easy target for brazen thieves who cut through the fence and stole my exhaust catalytic converter. Even with added security, vandalism continued to happen.

Really nice storage unit! I called in to get a unit and they were sold out of the size I wanted. About an hour later the guy called me back, he had checked the lot and actually found someone that had moved out. He cleaned it out for me and made it available so I could use it right away! So nice, friendly, and helpful. The lot is really clean and feels very safe, and after initial setup I could get to my unit whenever I wanted. Merci.

I had a unit here for close to 2 years. The staff was always helpful with whatever questions or needs I had. The facility is secure and well lit. I never had a single problem while I rented a unit there. I in fact had referred a friend and she also had a unit there for some time. If I needed a unit again I would most certainly return here.
