I used the van rental for two hours and received a bill 3 days later for a 3 day rental. Got charged to fill a tank that was half full when it was given to me. And charged for mileage that I did not use. The man in charge here is a scam artist. Currently have this rental contract under investigation. DO NOT USE this location for uhaul services.

the agent was friendly and tried to be helpful but couldn't get me a printed copy of my contract. When I printed it at home I noticed that I was marked at 1/2 tank of gas although the needle was at 1/4 tank and it took 27.268 gallons of gas from that dealer to fill the tank. at $2.599 a gallon that made a big difference in my cost.

I ordered moving blankets and a furniture dolly which were not there. I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to pick them up. I was also told that the cost of these items would be taken off my bill and that hasn’t happened yet.

Self-serve app was clunky at best. Returning procedure was too time-intensive. Once all steps were completed over 10+ minutes, it returned an error and said "please try again in a few minutes". Very frustrating.

The issue was that it was very unclear where the lock box was with the key inside. Customer service took a long time to figure it out and I was waiting for over 30 minutes. The mobile experience is supposed to be faster.
