The staff was super helpful, from the very beginning, can't say enough positive things about this place. Everything was easy breezy. Felt safe and secure about my worldly possessions. Would totally recommend this establishment. 5 stars ⭐️

Poor directions to "other" facility because there was no direction outside of its round the corner. Unable to handle more than one person at a time. Lots of in and out and staring at the computer.

Very courteous and helpful staff that helped us with all of our needs. When we ran into issues with our moving company they were very quick to help us change our reservation to accommodate us.

My reservation got lost the first time.

Sliding lock bar on unit did not work properly. Facility burglarized. Needs locks on building doors. Gate exit sensor did not work good and went unrepaired. I did not feel particularly safe there.

Staff is very accommodating and personable. This facility is conveniently located and has ground floor indoor units which are exactly what I needed. I had a good previous experience here and returned.

A bit confusing at first due to faded sign on parking lot entrance gate that is suppose to direct you to nearby office. Website doesn't list office address located off adjacent main street.

I never was able to get into the faculty. I called back several times asking how to get in...my brother called several times they had no idea what he was taking about. Went elsewhere lost my help 2

The guy that helped us was very helpful and accommodating.

They forgot to take the lock off the storage and my help couldn`t come back the next day to help me and I had to do most of the labor and now I`m physically exhausted. The guy was nice though.

After moving rooms 3 times we were finally able to unload. Not a good experience.

We did not have any problems dropping off the Uhaul truck and gaining access to our new storage unit. Merci.

It was Terrible. The day I arrived no one was available to assist me and I never rented the space. When I called to cancel service it was one rabit hole after the other.
