Very unprofessional pick up. I ended up being charged because the half tank that I dropped it off with did not align with what they said was in the truck initially, although it did. I picked up the truck via telephone, although it was scheduled as a self pick up. There was no ipad or any service provided at the location to pick it up with. The link provided was not working. I called the number of the provided physical location five or six times and left messages before someone answered. There was no scheduled reservation. The physical location's doors were locked even though it was supposed to be open at 9 AM and the pick up was scheduled for 9 AM. It was past 10 AM before I got through to anyone to pick up my truck. I was charged extra upon drop off, they also did not have my reservation in their system because everything about this experience was sketchy and unprofessional. Would not recommend picking up at this location.

Process was fine. It's disappointing to see all the advertising on the truck for $19,95 only to see the small print that it's for in town. It's worse to have a mileage limit that's barely enough to get to the destination. Will not use you again.

No one was at the drop off location in the afternoon. I called the number on the door twice, but got no answer and the voice mailbox was full. I wandered around for a while wondering what to do and eventually left the keys in the overnight drop box. Not a big deal, but the low rating is for the fact that I got charged $13 for fuel even though I put gas in the truck when I was finished with my move and left it at the exact same level at which it was given to me. Not cool at all.
