The people at both the pick up and drop off locations were wonderful! However, the online experience was horrible. I couldn't get things to work correctly and the link to upload a driver's license picture expired before I could take the picture and upload it. The next time I need to rent a UHaul, I will deal directly with real people at the location.

While I picked up this trailer in Fritch, TX, that was not the original plan. The trailer I reserved was not available when I needed it, so it was up to me to drive 40 miles away to get the trailer. Not awesome customer service, but this appears to be how it's done at UHaul.

I only dropped off the truck in Fritch, since that location was closed when I got unloaded in Borger . At the location in Borger (Moore Space) Yolanda was very helpful and friendly and was able to rent me a space to store my things temporarily.

Had difficulty find ing an available truck in Amarillo, Texas. Had to drive an hour to pick up truck in small town Fritch Tx. Had to drive extra 30 minutes to return truck to Round Rock Tx when there was a location only five mintes from me in Leander Tx. Would have cost an extra $68 to return truck to closer location.

When we got their there was no one at the location and we lock the truck and put the keys in the drop box and left. So we had no contact with anybody in this location.

Make sure that the people at the locations are knowledgeable about the equipment and how to use it. Our trailer was only hitched and not tightened causing the trailer to come off hitch while driving almost causing an accident. Trailer lights weren't working properly only one light was working and didn't realize it until after we were already on the road.
