I "returned" the trailer, when one of the wheel bearings seized and the wheel came off the trailer. fortunately no one was hurt and the tow vehicle and the vehicle on the trailer were not damaged. the trailer was towed away and we drove two vehicles the rest of the way to our destination.

GREGORY TTony is the best Uhaul rep that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I am truly impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He willingly drove approximately 80 miles to insure that I had the trailer that I wanted, on the day that I needed it. This, he did, after hours on his own time. Thank you, Tony, you're the best.

Samuel PU-Haul had a problem with their website on the day I rented. Although Charles did all he could to accommodate me I spent 4 hours in a freezing mechanic garage trying to rent the truck and trailer. The transmission on my car was blown and I had to tow it to Florida from New Mexico. My mother in law was paying for the rental and U-Haul kept denying her credit card even though her bank approved the transaction. Horrible experience.
The man was very helpful and unhooked the dolly for me without me asking him very helpful.

GREG BFom the minute they were sent to our location to offer roadside assistance after being hit by an 18 wheeler, the guys were super professional and very on point on their service, they understood our state of shock after the accident and they simply took over from the minute they arrived. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.super fast and friendly. I personally feel like they saved us.

RICKEY RCharles, Wagon Wheel Towing...beyond EXCELLENT. His location is a bit remote, but Charles is worth the drive and the effort. He secured us a newer truck, which was perfectly clean. Charles had all the paperwork ready to go and even gave us a promo discount, which was extremely helpful to us. Charles is a keeper and we appreciate everything that he has done for us. Charles and Mike helped load up our motorcycle, professionally...and everything arrived at our location in perfect order. Thanks Charles!
