Phillip NI rented a cargo van to move some furniture and it only had 8000 miles on it. It worked out very well. My only concern was the mileage charge of $1,28 per mile which I think is highly excessive. The owner of this location, Ken, was very helpful and friendly.

Vincenzo PAssure that the correct pickup location is assigned. This location was incorrect. Additionally, make sure that the key works well within the truck. Lastly, the car should be cleaned - I found garbage within the truck.

PAUL Fthe gentleman checking in for Uhaul was inexperienced and clueless. It took 45 minutes for me to get the truck. Once I got the truck it had no gas, so I had to put $10 gas in before I left. I ordered a furniture dolly, they didn't have one so when I returned, I asked for a refund. Not surprisingly the gentleman didn't know how to issue the refund. This was a very poor experience - even though it's most convenient for my location, I would never rent from this place again.

Thomas BStarting with a full tank of gas instead of only a 1/4 tank would make it easier to return the truck with the amount of gas you started with instead of guessing and over filling to U-hauls benefit to avoid an extra fuel charge.

DANIEL RMake sure customer knows to go directly to the Citco on Franklin Turnpike in Waldwick first. That's the location where the trucks are housed and Ken Meyer is the person with whom you should speak. He is awesome. I stopped by Waldwick Auto on 25 W Prospect St Waldwick, NJ 07463 first. They were nice and told me the location to which I should go. Everything else was wonderful. Thank you. Drew Deraney

Vincent Awebsite (and this email) should properly refer to the real place for service and pickup which is a different address on Franklin Turnpike in Waldwick. The 25 W. Prospect address is not correct.

Daniel BJust clarify the actual address where the rental can be picked up. The online ads provide 2 different locations about a 1/2 mile apart.
Matthew MMy actual charges were more than 1/3rd higher than my rental fee, with no explanation provided on the bill or contract. I'd suggest either start explaining your charges or stop stealing. Tough to ever use or recommend U Haul given that experience. Also, regarding this location, their attendant doesn't wear a mask, so appears to have no regard for the health of the customer.
