Charged me for fuel even though I left the Truck with more fuel than I got it with. Extremely disappointed in the whole company to allow this shady business to occur.

Where to begin???? Reserved a 15'. Got there and online check-in said equipment was not available and to go inside Thankfully, this lot is connected to a convenience store so there was someone there. That isn't always the case on Saturday morning. Go into convenience store and the nice clerk there tries to get in touch with her boss about what to do. 20 minutes later he calls back and says he doesn't have a 15' and I'll have to go online and edit my order to a 20'. Besides the extra $10, this also cost me a lot of extra gas money. After having to do the leg work on my end to change my reservation, etc., then I have to wait on U-haul to verify who I am - at 8:15 on a Saturday morning. I finally get a key code, but the lock won't open. I'm out there in 40 degree weather trying to open the lock, so then I have to go back in the building and try to get in touch with the absent boss again. In the meantime, a very polite guy named Travis calls from U-haul directly and helps me get the lock open. Once inside the truck, it has a wet floor in the back storage space, and there is water on top of the grandma's attic shelf that is a sheet of ice. To top it off, there are TWO 15' trucks in the lot, and both are sitting in the EXACT SAME SPOT when I return the truck that evening. Either the guy lied to make me have to up my reservation, or he's clueless about what he has. It took AN HOUR to pick up the truck, and that was with online check-in. I was initially thrilled that there is finally a U-haul pick-up close by and I didn't have to drive an hour round-trip to get a truck, but I will have to be desperate to ever use this location again.
