RICHARD BETSONThis was the worst experience I have EVER had with uhaul- Logan from walk the line was AMAZING and went above and beyond to help me when U-Haul failed and continues to refuse to address my issues. I have called more than I can count on my hands will full proof of this mess- nobody from either entity has contacted me directly other than coordinating with Logan who was again, the only positive in this situation. I had to procure completely alternate accommodations and now I am being charged over +$100 in pending charges for a non-operable van from a location with no one present and a process which does not allow customers to report engine lights and does not wish to take accountability for every single pitfall in communication. I will never be renting from U-Haul again.

William TribettPlace and equipment was good but the online process was a complete hassle, took longer than I expected. Plus the cell service was so slow there. My reservation was at 7:30 we arrived around 7:50. I wasn't able to actually drive with the uhaul till around 8:30 or 9. And I thought maybe our 4 hour reservation would start from there once all online process was complete. But it wasn't. So we practically only had 2-3 hours left. Would not recommend getting a uhaul for this reason.

GREGORY MOODYMy reservation was for 7:30 am. The pick up location was supposed to be open at 7am. I arrived, completed my virtual check in, and was then prompted by uhaul to go inside and get the keys from beside the counter. All doors of Walk The Line were closed and locked. I called uhaul customer service, the site manager had to get involved, and then whoever had been inside the building the entire came out and showed me that the keys had actually been in the lockbox outside. By the time I finally got into the rental truck, it was 8:42. Over an hour after my reservation. Over an hour of sitting in a parking lot waiting. Definitely would not choose the location or uhaul again.

Tracy MorganEverything went very smoothly and the gentleman at Uhaul was willing to wait an extra 15 minutes for us to get there after normal closing. He found out that I don't like to do the mobile pickup because of a bad experience with it before. He made everything easy. The van I rented was really nice with a backup camera and it was very useful to have that.
