Was charged 3-4 times what I should have been. Still waiting to see if I get a refund. Was charged around $400 when it should have been $90

Make sure the furniture pads don't smell like cigarette ashes. Because it was absolutely disgusting what I received when I picked up the pads to use them after receiving them from the initial location.

The people at this location are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make the use of the equipment easy and convenient. The best thing you could do is send your people there to see how customer service is accomplished.

The truck had a terrible cigarette smell, and the appliance dolly that was requested was not available. There was definitely something mechanically wrong with the truck, and it felt very unsafe to drive. But the employee that helped me with pick up and drop off was amazing, and very helpful.

I waited 2 hours for them to find the truck that I had rented. They failed to check in the truck prior to my check in. They didn't clean out the truck. We didn't do a walk around of the truck. There was no safety chains for the rear trailer for the car. The straps for the tires on the trailer were worn thin. The strap on the right needs to be replaced. We had to fill up right away as there was only 1/4 of gas in the truck.

Tow trailer tire strap was damaged but Brian and Sean were very helpful in getting the situation resolved and my car secure. Very helpful.

My car that was still on the trailer had a dead battery and they got it going for me

One of the four tires was almost flat - 17 psi. This was NOT evident until I loaded the trailer only a couple hours after picking it up. Obviously, I inflated the tire before travel, but I would expect the tires to be checked before I pick up a rental. The employee did NOT offer help to hitch the trailer to my vehicle. I'm a capable person - 6'2 @ 220 lbs, but I felt like the tongue weight was too much for one person to lift without injury. I used a 2x4 to leverage the tongue onto my ball hitch. Also, the employee did not even direct me to the trailer storage area, which was hidden behind a fence behind the main building. Furthermore, the trailer I rented was parked behind another trailer. I needed to spin it about 45 degrees so I could get my truck anywhere near the tongue. I put up with this kind of crap because it is a small town rental center with ONE teenager working there, but come on - give him some basic training on what to do with customers! If a regular schmuck showed up to rent a trailer, there is no way they would ever be able to hitch it to their truck. And even if they did, they would never have gotten safely get to their destination! That tire would have blown out and left them stranded on the side of the highway!

My only concern was the door on the trailer. At times it was a BEAR to close correctly. The guys in Lamar were TOP NOTCH!!!

Rental dealership. Mr Perez was very helpful very professional. They hooked everything up and verified working lights on the trailer. Trailer did very well on the 1200 mile trip. Merci.

The entire process, from reserving a trailer to returning it, was easy. I was worried about obtaining a trailer last minute and the lady who helped me on the phone was very helpful. I couldn't believe how great everyone was and it relieved a lot of my stress with moving across the country. I will definitely be using U-Haul again in the future for my moving needs.

Picking up the truck was a hassle after being called two days before letting me know that my truck is not 20 miles away where I reserved it but 175 miles each way. The truck share pickup took 30 mins because they couldn't get ahold of my second number because cell service was bad at pickup location. The person at the drop off location was completely unhelpful and said he didn't make any money on returns so was completely unwilling to help with anything.

It looked cleaned and well maintained however when I got to my new place I got bedbugs. this uhaul was the only thing i Used to move. The price for the extermination of bed bugs is very expensive.

I reserved a 6x12 4 days prior to my rental and at that time the trailer was available. 2 days prior to my rental I received a phone call indicating that the 6x12 trailer was not available and that I would receive a 8x5 trailer. When I went to pick up the trailer there was a 6x12 trailer on the lot and I was told it had been reserved the day prior. I will never use this facility again. They rented my reserved trailer out from under me and and on previous rental they did not record the return and I was notified the equipment was late when it was returned 1 day early. U Haul should consider make a change in their representative in Lamar, CO.

The staff who hooked up my trailer didn't seem to know what he was doing. My son who is 14 knew how to do what he didn't and thankfully got it done so we could get out of there.

Have the van available that I pre reserved! A month and a 1/2 prior. Had to chase one down and none was available. Very disappointed in uhaul.

I was appalled at the lack of customer service from uhauls representative on the phone and by the misleading information I obtained from uhauls website. If I had had the option I would not have rented from U-Haul and I will not be renting from U-Haul in the future if the service I received was the standard that U-Haul asks of its employees

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever! I reserved the car dolly 6 days before I needed it. When I got the call from you guys to pick it up I was told that I had to go to another store 167 miles away. Round trip that over 300 miles a tank of gas, and 7 hours of my time that I'll never get back. When I asked for some kind of compensation, all I was offered was one extra day on the rental. On my way back home from picking up the dolly I passed by the Pueblo uhaul store, they had 2 dollies sitting on their lot, 30 minutes from my house. I cannot in good conscience, recommend uhaul to any of my friends or family members.

Uhaul was a mess for us. They charged us twice, gave us the wrong truck and didn't give us the pads we paid for to help us move. We could never get ahold of anyone to help us. Absolutely ridiculous. We will not use uhaul again

I was told that if the Uhaul was returned early I'd receive some type of refund for unused time, but when I dropped the Uhaul off early, the employee didn't know what I was talking about. Ultimately he told me I should just expect back on my card in 24 hours and I never saw anything.

Logan was very rude told me they were all reserved.. I ended up.going online to reserve one jsut so i could rent one. Once i retured ot they charged me more and only gave me $42 change he didnt have me sign a paper nefore i left and said the mileage was 5 less than whar was on the vehilce said it had a full tank ajd only had a queater tank he didnt even look at truck before i rented it he just guessed the milage.and gas???? I wouod like i full refund for this problem it shouldnt be this complicated to rent a Uhaul..... Olz contact me at 719 468 9141 thanks

They don't have a clue what they are doing. Called the 800-go-u-haul number and had everything verified and ready to go. Go to pay for the equipment and was told that it was not going to work and could not rent the equipment. Had to call district manager. Not a good experience.

The staff at UHaul in Lamar, CO (Wallace Oil and Gas) were awesome....helpful, attentive and very courteous. I will definitely use them again.
