U-haul needs to greatly improve their system of reservations. The requested pick up location needs to be notified of a pick up request as soon as the reservation is made, not the day before. If U-haul accepts a reservation for a piece of equipment at a specified location on a particular day, it needs to be sitting at that location at the appointed time. I contacted Wallen's towing a few days early. They had not been notified of the rental, but were able to secure the trailer I needed in time for me to pick it up.

They went out of the way to make my rental experience amazing. Alex went above and beyond at every stage and when I got the truck stuck they had someone there to pull me out in 20 minutes. Best U-haul rental experience ever!!!

I had originally ordered online for a 6x12 trailer the web site allowed me to reserve this later I decided I should probably call to confirm. I was told that I could not get a trailer this size any where in corbin. They also told me they were planning on calling me closer to my pick up date to let me know this. Website shouldn't allow you to reserve it if it's not possible and customer service should have called me instead of me calling. This was not a complaint on the corbin location. This is a complaint on Uhaul customer service
