The drop off location manager was beyond helpful. Answered the call and even took our number if needed for q callback. I would not use UHAUL again due to our experience at pickup and van itself but Wanna Window exceeded in customer service.

The staff was extremely helpful. After I placed my request and received a quote, I did not know that I had to wait for a confirmation that the van was available. That tried several locations however they were not able to find anything since we were doing one way. They called us back about 30 minutes later to let us know that they had a cancellation. We were extremely happy since we had traveled close to 100 miles. 😊👍👍

Had to drive 112 miles to pick up our truck here after U-Haul cancelled on us the day before at the original pick up location just down the street from us No explanation, just cancelled and told us if we wanted a truck, this was the option. U-Haul had us over a barrel. Will go wish Budget next time.

No one is answering my dispute regarding the overall horrible experience we had getting a hitch we needed in order to rent a trailer. Due to their lack of customer service I couldn't get a trailer but had to rent an expensive truck. Then I incurred tolls, gas and the big question of why I had a big truck when I was only moving a mattress. Horrible from beginning to end.

Disappointing experience, I believe that I was overcharged and know for a fact that I received a erroneous text informing me that the vehicle was due back hours before it was to be contractually returned.

The engine needs oil change light was on the moment I started the vehicle and stayed on the entire move. Also, your billing practices are deceptive. When I saw the $386.80 charge for a 3 day van rental, I was very surprised. I only drove 558 total miles round trip and returned the van to the same renting location. I believe $386.80 is an outrageous charge for such a small vehicle for theee days. I do not plan to rent from U Haul again with your deceptive pricing practices.

This location was after first day was lost to previous customer not returning truck on time. Vince stayed late with me waiting for customer. After 90 minutes past his closing time, he gave me his cell and said he'd come back if customer showed up. Customer didn't show. Vince sent me a message at 7:30 AM saying truck was ready for me. He went in early to get it ready. So location and Vince are great. Regional manager Susan also did her best to get customer to return truck. So people who work at Uhaul go above and beyond. Uhaul as a company should develop a better truck management system and automatically notify you if your reservation is not going to be available before making you drive 75 miles to pick up truck.

Vincent was very courteous, informative and direct to the point. I had to extend my rental one more day spoke to John about it and he was very pleasant also. I would use this location any time. I had use them many years ago and was very pleased with them.

Beautiful, low mileage truck, perfectly clean and waiting for me when I showed up. 5 minutes on the app and I drove away. Someone met me and checked me in when I returned which saved me some time and I really appreciate. Great experience.

Contact me multiple ways (until you reach me) when you are changing the location and equipment from what I reserved. We had to travel 45 minutes further in BOTH directions AND the truck was a 15 ft instead of a 20 ft truck - and we only found out when WE CALLED to confirm. There's a record (according to the UHAUL rep at your call center) which states they e-mailed us to notify of the change - but they could not produce a forward of that e-mail with the date stamp it was sent. Had we not called, we would be scrambling on the DAY OF OUR MOVE! Also the initial pickup contact location in Jackson was very curt and seemed uncaring that he had no records of our reservation change. He should have been notified that there was a change and pointed us to that, rather than saying "I don't have anything under your name - call 800-UHAUL"...

You can not call them on three different occassions changing location for pick up then to go to get the truck and they send you to another location that you just passed 15 miles or so away. You can not overcharge them so that they don't have to call and have it corrected at their bank. You can remove the added equipment that they don't want to use, but is in the way, and if they move it they will be charged fees.

I would suggest not using u- haul at all. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I could not make an appointment more than a week ahead of time and could not be guaranteed a pick up location although I was assured an alternate would not be more than 6-10 mi away. It ended up being 40 miles away and added 80 miles and an extra 1 1/2 hrs of my time.

The facility where I picked the truck up from was accessible and the truck was in great condition/clean. The customer service and scheduling from U-Haul was terrible. I was told my original reservation could not be fulfilled and was sent to another location about an hour away and for a time slot 7 hours later. When I arrived at the new pick up location, I was told there were not any trucks available. The gentleman at this facility told me to try another location "down the road". This location also did not have any vehicles available. I called U-Haul, and the customer service rep on the phone was not accommodating or understanding. After some time on the phone we came to the conclusion that my original pick up location did in fact have my vehicle available. This entire process was beyond inconvenient and cost me my time extra money to compensate my moving help.

The entire facility needs some assistance. The office is in shambles and the man working there was boarder line rude. He tried to give me a truck that took about 20 tries to start as the ignition wouldn't unlock. He finally got it started and said "OK there you go." I refused that truck and told him he needs to have it serviced. He did switch the trucks by calling customer service which was obviously a big inconvenience for him. I wont ever use that location again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. I'd sooner get a tractor and a wagon than deal with that location.

I have more truck to go one way it cost me more money because I had to bring the truck back I went from New Jersey to Delaware and then back to New Jersey It cost me more money and then I had to drive back to Delaware in my own car company said they don't have trucks at the location where I was to go one way

U Haul made it easy to rent the truck in the first place. I believe I spoke to a young lady by the name of Maria who was very helpful.. And when I called today for an explanation of charges, the young ladies to whom I spoke, Catherine and Vicki were also very helpful and provided good customer service! I do have a suggestion for improvement though. I needed to contact U Haul late in the day on the 5th to advise that I had to change my return time to the next day. I tried doing it on line but I did not see any link with regard to changing my return time. I also tried calling the contact number several times the evening of the 5th, but the wait times were so long that I hung up. Finally, the gentleman from Wanna Windows called on the morning of the 6th to confirm my return time, and he advised me that he would make a note of the changed time. He was accommodating and helpful. In conclusion, all the representatives provided good service, but please note that there should be an easier way to advise of a later return time. Not having been able to make contact with U Haul directly in the evening of the 5th had been frustrating on top of being so tired from moving all day. Thank you for your attention to these matters. The website lists a different pickup location. So when I arrived at the address listed on the reservation, there wasn't anyone there, nor a truck. After 20 minutes of holding I finally go a hold of someone at Uhaul who informed me the pickup location was in a different spot. When we arrived at the other location, the associate in there seemed bothered by us even being there, his internet wasn't working and helping us appeared to be the last thing he wanted to do. I was charged 10 dollars for the rental of an appliance dolly, which wasn't on the truck. When i pointed it out to the guy in the store he told me he didn't have any there and he'd take care of the charge. Clearly he didn't I was still billed for it. Sign on the door said customers must wear a mask, but I guess that doesn't apply to the employee who was inside, as his was under his mouth down on his chin the entire time I was in the store. So, wrong pickup location provided, poor customer service, and equipment that I paid for missing from the truck... would I use this location or U-haul again... Would you? Moving is already stressful enough, I was never expecting that the rental truck could be this big of an issue.

Ttwice you have asked me for a payment of tolls on the Garden State Parkway on which I used my EZPAss when travelling on the day of my rental. Even after charging them to my credit card you still asked for this payment again. This greatly disturbs me.
