Melissa IThe man in charge of u haul rentals was very nasty. He kept repeating over and over that I wasn't allowed to park in the lot and I repeatedly explained to him that my wife was adjusting the seat and mirrors before she drove away. He kept being nasty and very aggressive after that. His name was Jeff and I would not recommend anyone to use this location again so they do not have the same experience as me.

island aNot sure who's responsible the corporation, the location, or both. The idea of putting a 95 000 miles truck on the road this time with broken side mirror! Kind of an important thing not to work don't you think! My previous rental was also very high mileage with a weak battery that forced me to finish after midnight and stay over at a hotel. Lot of nerve!

John COne man was extremely rude when we picked up the truck and a different man was very rude when we returned it. There was no instruction given for our benefit. We know we did not use 6 gallons of fuel that we were charged for because we drove it less than 8 miles total. We feel we were charged unfairly & rudely.

navin mThe truck was a total rattle trap. I've ridden in amusement park bumper cars with better steering. The cargo compartment has a sign warning of a $25 fee if not swept out. Maybe the same should apply to the cab.

BARBARA WWe were overcharged. We were charged for safe move even though we declined it. We drove the truck 12 miles…we got the truck with a little less than half a tank and that's how we returned it. They charged us an extra 5 gallons of gas on our bill. There is no way we used that much gas to drive 10 Miles. Scam

MICHAEL SThe trunk is in a every poor condition. Noisy and shaking all the time.i had two time can not starting the car. This kind of car should not be rent to anyone. The dealer over charging me 58 dollar for gasoline.I only drive the truck 11 mile and I Do add one gallon of gasoline.The dealer said I used 4 gallon of gasoline and charge me 18 dollar for gas and 30 dollar for fee. Come on 4 gallon gas for 11 mile. This is ridiculous. They just want to cheat people

Samantha CFirst I signed up for after hours pickup and couldn't figure out how to get the keys and truck. I went the next day they were rude and said I had to come during there store hours so they canceled my pickup and rented it to someone else so I had to go find another place. Get a truck at another location and they did not have a dolly or blankets so I was given no equipment I ordered. Really was a bad experience

Russell LThe person who handled the renting of your uhall equipment did not explain anything the questions I asked him he seemed annoyed when I returned the uhall he checked it out and stood in another room telling the gas attendant to tell me a receipt would be emailed to me which he did not do. I emailed the company and they responded quickly and sent me my receipt.

JEFFREY MI have rented cars but this is the first time I rented a uhaul,so I didn't know what to expect. I don't know if it is well maintained but it was an uncomfortable ride luckily I didn't need to go far. I drove only 56 miles (38,614-38,558) yet when I had to refuel it cost me $43,45 because tank wasn't full when I picked it up. I mentioned it to the agent but he had no comment. I returned it early because I couldn't move some of the items because the location didn't have the equipment I reserved but they did try to supply a replacement, which unfortunately could not be used. 49,47 + 43,45 + 47,51 = 140,43 was more than I expected to pay.
Annette HNot informed of broken right mirror before entering vehicle. Barely any communication - unsure which car to use, not sure where to park. Charged extra outside what was discussed on website regarding late return.

Adrian RMy truck was delayed because it had not been check from the previous day return. Also I ordered furniture blankets and they were not available.
James HUhaul rep was not there at the time of pickup. I was overcharged for gas. When I picked up the van it had 1/4 of a tank, and when I returned it still had 1/4 of a tank. We drove 19 total miles which in no way equals the amount of gas we am being charged for. I will be calling for a refund ASAP. I have pictures of the odometer and gas gauge to confirm

Spiro POwner was Rude and Abrasive!!!! He Took a long time giving me my rental van. He was too busy washing the front of his shop with a water hose. When I asked him if he was almost done he said " If I was in a hurry I can wait or go to another place to pick up a van & my shop is more important than the U-Haul" I won't be going here ever again!

jeff mThese people are running a scam. First, I was left with a truck with a flat tire (outside back right) that I paid to fill up. Second, the truck was giving to me with less than 3/4 of a tank of gas (approximately 5/8), when I returned to the service station I filled the tank back up to the same amount I was left with (about 5/8 of the tank). Now they are trying to charge me to fill it all the way up. Third, I NEVER use the "SAFE MOVE" coverage and they are charging me as if I did.
