venessa e- The location owner accused me of being late (I was 1 day early). - The location owner then had me go through the check-in inspection list and form that he was supposed to do. I was confused, but when it showed me the owner's name and asked for HIS pin or password, I knew it was meant for him to do. Thus, he could not close the check-in verification process. I took lots of pictures to make sure it was clear that the trailer was fine when I dropped it off.
Raymond MThe staff were really helpful… The online booking however was a disaster and we waited there almost 45 minutes just to try and upload driver’s license… I felt bad for the staff who was apologetic because of the booking site
