The office in Oroville WA is in a second hand store. So the atmosphere was different. The office was in the back of the store. But the gentleman in the office was very helpful.

ZONA LNot one but TWO tire blowouts because no one maintained the equipment. Do you know how difficult it is to move across the country going only 55 mph, then you add in the BS of tire blow outs?! The first one took FOUR HOURS for the tech to get to us, the second 2 hours, essentially losing us an entire day of travel. We lost 500 miles due to those blowouts and your staff has zero remorse or apologies. I'll never rent from your company again.

Brian KThe employee was stymied by the computer and their inability to get into it. There was a discrepancy in the check in and check out form for the fuel in the truck. This was handled professionally.

GERALD MU-Haul didn't have the equipment we needed in Canada (even though we booked months ahead) and they sent us to the states. They agreed to honour the price in our contract in Canadian dollars, however, when we went to pick up the equipment in Oroville, the employee had some issues with our contract and it took her a good hour to figure out what to do. She ended up creating a new contract but the canadian price wasn't honoured, we ended up paying way more. We're not happy with our experience and hope U-Haul with honour what was mentioned in our first contract. Please contact me. Our truck had some issues with the breaks. It didn't work as well once the truck was loaded.

Chris HEquipment maintenance checks must be performed. The kind of sand/mud/gravel that was in the truck-box, should have been suggestive - the door-seal isnt working. The crew was most accommodating and helpful.

John MCab had trash under the seats, on the seats, and in between the seats when I picked it up. I was sent a text, but I can't do things like that on the phone because it's too small for me to read. There were too many unexplained costs. It sounds like it would be a cost of $25 or $30 per day. Instead it was $123 per day PLUS $13 per day for gasoline! THIS SOUNDS LIKE FALSE ADVERTISING TO ME. Why didn't they inspect the vehicle for cab dirt BEFORE leasing it to me. This us not the kind of service I get in Green Valley, AZ.

Vann CThe person checking me in said there was a glitch in the U-Haul software (she must have put something in incorrectly that said I didn't put fuel back in the truck) that overcharged me and there was nothing they could do about it. It was up to me to have to call U-Haul to get it sorted out.

christina FThe local operator needs to understand the business. They are a thrift store that somehow became a U-haul dealer. The trailer that I rented was in excellent condition and performed flawlessly. The local operator loves her thrift stuff, but doesn't know a trailer from a truck. There's also different people in this location that speak with authority about rules and conditions that are not supported by the owner. I think U-Haul should be able to find a more qualified dealer.
Brian TYour Uhaul APP was a little confusing.
Wayne PThe person in charge of Uhaul at the store was out to lunch (literally) when I arrived to drop off the dolly. So again, without help or instruction, I had to handle the job by myself. Then to top it off, this employee phoned to say that my credit card wouldn't process the $30 drop off fee. Luckily my bank had frozen my account for a different fraudulent charge! A few days later, another person phoned me and asked if I had dropped off the dolly. When I told her about the attempted $30 charge, she said " I will fix that" or some such statement. Haven't heard anything more...not a great experience. Looking into buying a my own dolly now...
