horrible experience altogether. They did not check in the truck because I got a phone call yesterday from another location with A Womans stating that they will not check in the truck and they will not answer their phones. They never gave me my refund for the dolly that I never picked up and they made me walk 1 mile down the road back to my location and 100° weather when I have asthma they were very rude. The man did not want to except the truck he did not want to except the refund and pushed it all on another location that other location still has not provided me with the refund either. they also charged me $10,75 which I don't understand how if the truck never even got checked in. i will NEVER use the service again and I will NEVER go to Wash King !
Natalia NLooking for a way to explain the limitations of that kind of places, different than a U-Haul's office.
Wilson AIt was self serve through the phone and I had to call to speak to staff who were all very helpful. It would have been nice to have someone available there to help me because it took almost an hour to complete the process.
