Jack HI have used the pick up at Watco Storage quite a few times and have always picked up during their business hours. I have 0 issues with Watco. The gentleman that owns it is so nice. However, we used the mobile pick up app this time so we could pick the uhaul truck up very early in the morning before the store opened. The app was not working for either of our phones and it took 4 customers service agents and an HOUR of sitting in our car trying to troubleshoot the app and the website. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Never ever use the app. We ended up being super late moving due having to wait an hour to pick up the truck and then they charged us for being late. Just don't use uhaul ever again.

Wayne RBest Uhaul experience ever! The truck was very clean, and rental process was quick. The manager showed me the truck helping me get seated and adjusting mirrors. Explained operating and how to fill up and park. Gave me his number to call if any problem. I highly recommend this UHaul agent. Fast, friendly, clean, and great customer service attitude!
