I made my reservation for 7 am the day of my move and even got a confirmation email stating I could pick up my truck at this location at 7. When I showed up, the office was closed and the after hours receptionist (who was extremely rude) informed us nothing could be done since they didn’t open until 9 am. I returned at 9 to pick up my uhaul and asked for the Uhaul Reservation guarantee $50 that uhaul offers if your reservation time, place, or equipment is not provided as reserved and confirmed. Perla told me I would have to call a 1-800 number to speak to someone else about it and sent me on my way with my rental, 2 hours late and with zero attempt to make up for the problem. I called the 1-800 number later the same day and talked to someone else who was also extremely rude and snapped at me that she couldn’t help me, I’d have to call the location where I picked up my truck. I will never use Uhaul again, and I highly recommend you avoid this location.

Make sure they are aware of what days you guys work I was charged an extra day because someone did not inform me that you guys were closed on Sunday. Or this location is.

After i called to let them know that my wife was in accident and i explained why i couldn't return the truck on time i was still charge more and that was too bad. So i am definitely not happy with the service. I want a refund back
