ALBERT TAYLORI have out-of-state drivers license— this the app didn’t tell me I needed: (a) passport; or (b) lease agreement; etc. Please ask IT to program the ability to upload photos (e.g. digital copy of lease agreement) on the app mobile check-in rather than only live photography.
Michael PortilloThe windshield wipers were broken so I had to drive over an hour in the pouring rain without windshield wipers. I asked a representative if I could drop off at a different, closer location to avoid driving through Austin in the rain without wipers and he said no. Very dangerous would not recommend.
ANDREW COWARTThis facility has always small truck available. Please provide at least 1-2 bigger trucks Their staff is more than welcoming and friendly. They do rental transactions in 5-7 minutes. Real quick

allen hudsonI reached out to UHaul regarding discrepancies with my bill, I was charged 2X the insurance I was quoted. I still have not heard back from them. I can not recommend UHaul until this is resolved.

Chris FryI faced a bunch of problems at this U-Haul facility. Initially, when I came in, they said they gave my truck to someone else. I booked it a week ago. But they still gave it to someone else. I spent 45 minutes out there to just talk it out to see how we can work it out. Finally got a truck, but the truck was all wet with water. It messed up our mattress and a bunch of stuff. When I reached back to the facility, he was like contact U-Haul. I dropped off the truck in two hours where I borrowed it for 24 hours. Ended up getting it from hertz Probably the worst experience I have or had, and then Uhaul charged me for such a shitty experience.

Keith CapobiancoMy vehicle was not available when I arrived for my reservation. They had just given it to a local renter. I was forced to take a larger truck which was an inconvenience in itself as I had a small load. When I returned the vehicle I was overcharged for the service. I did not get the $75. Reduction for taking vehicle to Los Rios site. So the bait and switch in Austin cost me more money, time and fuel. I expect a refund of at least $75.00.

EDISON EGALITE GARCIAIt took 30 min to check in, I didn't receive conteact paperwork and was overcharged when we returned. My main issue though, was the truck steering was so loose that we it was terrifying to drive at higher speeds. We returned the truck much earlier than needed and asap. The owner refunded the dolly cart charge we didn't rent. Nothing else on the gas overcharge or esp. the truck safety. The Uhaul website pointed me to this location. Beware.

Can't email him as the link doesn't even work. He's never there at the facility so I couldn't see him face to face. Incredibly unprofessional, will never use this facility again or any U-Haul provider.

SRIHARSHA VINJAMURYThe u-haul app wasn't working. I think there's an issue with internet in this area. So after many multiple frustrating attempts I finally was able to rent it 30 minutes later. Then the guy left because he figured we were late and had other responsibilities to attend to. Not a good experience. He was nice enough to update our time to 1p.

The first call went to VM and the second call did too. I left a message with my concern, but no one ever reached out to me.

I cannot stress enough that NO ONE said "the rate is 89$ a day." Antonio, who signed me up, was very nice. But AGAIN. No one told me the ACTUAL PRICE of the service I was buying.
