Poor and unfriendly careless customer service when I picked up the truck. Totally confused rep. The drop off was the totally opposite. Tyrus was extremely welcoming and professional upon my arrival. Joshua was fantastic in clearing up what could’ve been a very costly mistake the pick up location made. He went completely out of his way to help clear up the carelessness of the pick up location.

Just need to tell the person that is completing the rental, when they bring the truck back for curbside check in because they will be closed, where they key drop box is and that before they drop the key the need to take pics of the odometer and the gas hand other than that my experience was great!

This was my first time renting from this location and I'm not sure if I will rent again. I selected the phone check in but still came by the location to pick up my truck. I was told by the lady at the location that since I was a phone check in I had 24 hours to pick up my truck. Well when I went to pick up the truck at 7pm on the rental date the option for phone check in was gone. Needless to say that I had to call U Haul 24 hour service and stay on hold for 1 hour. Once I was able to speak with an agent who was great by the way. She told me that I had missed my check in which was at 4:30 and that's why the phone option wasn't available anymore. I said I was told I had 24 hours so why was it removed. Long store short she restored it, stayed on the line until the reservation went through. Now then the passcode to unlock the truck wouldn't work at first but almost 45 minutes later and a few calls to the manager we were finally able to open the back of the cab and get the key. Well low and behold no dolly which I requested and paid for was in the truck. I was told that they don't put dolly's in the trucks but that wasn't stated on my reservation. I was promised a refund of my $10.00 which hasn't occurred. Over all just not happy with what happened.
