Horrible customer experience. Took customer service an hour to get me into the car. I had to pay two guys a 100 bucks extra to cover the lost time. AND no dollies or blankets.

The lady was very ignorant!and lazy!ruined our day!!never go to that one again!!!
therese sThe inside was dirty and papers left from someone else. We had to sweep papers and leaves out of the back. The tire pressure warning was on, as was the check engine light. Needs some TLC and a maintenance check. Also found the process to be cumbersome. I could have pre completed some information in advance or licence upload.

Debbie jThe application was slow and it kept going out of it. I was not able to upload the Km photo nor the gas level photo when picking up the truck. Not even the password to get the key appeared so I had to call 1800 u haul to ask for it to get the key out of the box. This took me around half an hour to have everything settled to leave with the van.
