ANTHONY BAILEYVehicle was good, however had an issue about the fuel, they said it was full when I picked it up, the gauge did show full. They said I needed to bring back at same level. I drove the pickup truck a total of 13 miles, the gauge still showed full, but being an honest person I did refuel it and it took 3,9gals of fuel so apparently it was not full when I picked it up. I made them aware of this and asked for a refund of half my fuel cost which would have been $7, they said they would not refund me, that I needed to contact customer service so I did and explained the situation to them, they also refused to give me a refund. Seems like poor customer service to me for both the location and the U-Haul corporation.
Norman PropstWalked in at 8 am after another site did not have the pick-up truck I had on reserve. They found me this dealer and the service there was excellent. I would use them again, no question. Thanks original Britney !

I was there at appointed pickup time, she was at the vet. Why/how do I need to know that? Signage on door obscure. Physical trailer hookup guy was great!

Roxann RoushVery rude, told the woman the gas gauge was EXACTLY where it was when I picked it up and she charged us for THREE GALLON of gas!!!! I tried to explain but she was so rude I will NEVER use their location and I’ll make sure no one I know uses that location!!!

GETNET GETANEHThe lady at waughns customs was extremely rude and unprofessional I had booked my truck for 8 am to 8 pm she told me I had to return it by 5 pm because someone had a book'ing that she needed the truck for. I went to check and the truck was still there until 7 am which is when she called me because she couldn't find the keys. I followed the instructions for online check out correctly and placed it correctly but she woke me up at 7 am to scream at my mom that they couldn't find the keys when in reality it was their fault. Horrible people.

Emily WhiteHaving the equipment at a town 30 miles from where it was scheduled was incredibly frustrating. The new vehicle was much larger and the staff did not know things like how much gas the tank holds.

SHANNON STROTHERI sent a note already to your team but the app was an incredibly poor experience. Didn't allow me to really see the pics (couldn't zoom in) to see if the damage i saw was captured...and then the app didn't allow me to attach a photo give my feedback (button didn't work). In both the pickup and the drop off the app kept restarting the flow I was in and only in the pickup was I able to eventually get through the flow. In the drop off I had to give up after 30 minutes of trying to get it to work. Incredibly frustrating. I would never do that mobile app pick up again and would consider using another truck provider in the future.
Andy LipshultzThe cab of the truck was absolutely filthy. The engine was not happy and refused to go over 40 mph. It would rev the engine up really high before changing gears.
KIMBERLY MATVEYParking lot entrance is a bit rough. Lots of pot holes. Maybe repair them. Aside from that the staff was friendly and professional. Trailer was there as planned for my 3:00pm pick up. They hooked up the trailer to my car and disconnected it when I returned it the next day.

We were given a location that was very far from our home and then when we got to the location to pick up the truck it was closed on Saturdays. We also rented a hand dolly and we could not get that wither. We were not credited for our troubles at all. I would not recommend Uhual to anyone moving.

Brian CockburnCellphone app.. When I tried to upload photos to app to show present mileage it wouldn't except it.. I had to call the 1800 number to verify time and reason why I couldn't update. I wasn't satisfied with leaving van at another uhaul store that was open in town because of this issue.. van left at location where it was rented after verified with the 1800 number

KAY NORREDStaff not wearing masks, despite recent increase in confirmed viruses in the valley. Brittany claimed I didn't clean the truck-the truck was swept. She said I needed to mop the truck. I saw nothing in the contract Re: mopping the truck. I was charged $35 for "mopping the truck and folding the moving blankets." Brittany claimed they needed the moving blankets ASAP, despite the pandemic. You wash these, right?? I will be using a different moving truck company in the future, and not recommending this location to anyone.

Paul HutchesonImprove your app for people who are using it to pick up or drop off before and after hours. The app should explain what pics need to be taken beforehand and the specifics. It was beyond frustrating however the young lady who helped us at this location ( Brittany) was amazing.
