I received a van that was broke , after speaking to the location it was a known problem that Uhaul supposedly fixed. After waiting 5 hours for the emergency roadside assistance to come and fix the issue I then had to spend an hour on the phone trying to get through to scheduling so they could extend the rental, I was hung up on twice and transferred to Wayne's who couldn't do anything since they aren't Uhaul. I finally had to call and just speak to the call center manager for them to do something. Just check all the doors before you leave so you don't have the issues.Amber S.
your customer service agent told me that I could bring the vehicle back late with no additional charge. When I got to the location to drop-off the vehicle, I was charged an additional 40,00 $. A very poor experience.Carla S.

The owner was friendly, prompt, and efficient at getting us checked out. Owner needs to get with U-Haul to ensure you know what items are being rented. The U-Haul store around the corner did not have the equipment (dolly, furniture dolly). Lacking this equipment cost us an additional 125 $to pay movers as it took longer to load everything.KEITH W.
Once again I chose a different location for drop off and was moved to a different one. The lot was very small and dangerous to enter. Overall I would think twice about using U Haul for my moving needsLisa B.
