Given Oldest truck on the lot with less than a quarter tank of gas. PreOrdered a furniture dolly but upon pick up they didn't have one. Inside of truck dirty with black grease smeared on walls. Got on the furniture and boxes and our clothes. Upon return the shops driveway was a sheet of ice and could barely park the truck. Was charged tolls without prior authorization to charge my bank account and was told I would receive correspondence for the balance first but you just auto charged without explanation or itemized receipt. Will NEVER use uhaul again!

I had a truck in Fort Kent reserved then I had to drive the Van burn an hour away To pick up a different u-haul cost me money in gas an more of my time driving

Very helpful, went above and beyond to locate and deliver the size truck we needed. Wayne was awesome to deal with.

Talked to rep on phone, and he was super helpful. Dropped it off after-hours and received a bill shortly after. Even though I didn't meet him, on the phone he was great. I will say about the Uhaul itself...I'm surprised with this truck. I went from Texas to the tip/top of Maine with it, and it handled business like a boss. The roads weren't the best, the conditions weren't the best, the terrain wasn't the best, but this thing barreled through all of it with no problem.

The owner of this location went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was stress-free. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service. Bravo!

After loading some of the furniture, the anchor points for tie downs were useless. They would only work if they would be inward from the front and back. Also some in the horizontal middle and roof along the sides.

As far as Waynes Body Shop goes he is my goto location for U Haul I also recommend him on Facebook and google He deserves to be recognized as he is so good.

Location was closed at drop off, at 11:30 on the scheduled return date. Called published local business telephone numbers (2). Left voicemail; noted return of the trailer and asked for call back, requesting acknowledgement of the drop. Call back never came. Sent email (published address) the next day, similar request, and got no response.

Completely blown away with him meeting us on a Holiday(July 4th) and only called the night before. I have had some pretty bad experiences with Uhaul before but this experience made up for it. It's really nice to have a company go the little extra step. This location will now be my go to location.

very unhappy was told on the phone that it would be big enough to haul what I needed to haul. it was a waste of money never even opened the back because it was not big enough to haul the double facing glider swing. so it just set there
