DEBORAH EDrop off staff told us we had until noon to return the truck on the phone. We returned the truck just before noon and then they said it had to be returned 30 minutes earlier (despite staff admitting they told us noon). We were charged for another day because of the incompetence of the staff.
CHRISTOPHER BThe back blinker was broken. They immediately made arrangements for me to go to a nearby uhaul and get it fixed. All staff were kind and considerate regarding the repair and getting me on the road.
Margaret SUhaul rates are unbelievably high for something that should have been no more than a few hundred dollars. There is no reason why a 6'x12' TRAILER should cost over $1 000 to rent.
William HReservations should mean guaranteed vehicle, no questions asked. Additionally, if there are going to be "unfortunately no trucks available" for a truck I reserved months in advance, the courtesy call to inform your customer should not happen only 3 days ahead of pick up time. We took the time to plan months ahead and reserved a truck in advance for a reason. We were severely disappointed with the lengths we've have to go and deal with to have Uhual fulfill what a "reservation" should mean. A customer should not need to coordinate a 3 hour round trip a day ahead of original pick up time so UHual can fulfill the reservation request. Customers should be able to pay a deposit to guarantee in a legally enforceable document that a vehicle is available and ready to use at the promised price and agreed pick up location.

Francis FTaking your ID and taking a thousand pictures is just pretty crappy. I understand why Uhaul is doing it. But for the average Joe customer who doesn't have any intent on taking advantage of U-Haul it's a pain in the butt.
Dwayne KNot the best drop off location for large trucks. There is only one place to check in and so I had to wait a little to finish the process. I would use this place again. They are very friendly and helpful but it took longer than normal to drop off. Now that I know the place, I would simply use the app to make the drop off.
