It was unclear where the office was. Truck were parked around an abandoned dilapidated building (where the key drop box was attached). Had a reservation for 472 + tax + ~60 for insurance... was told 600......!! Showed the reservation and after phone calls got the correct rate. Understand me I am not quibbling about a few bucks here or there, but what is the point of having a complete reservation when all of a sudden you get quoted different numbers. Reason given Oh Sir you doing a one way trip. That is why it is more expensive!! Me LOOK at the reservation I have. Is clearly states pick up in GA and drop off in FL. YES that is a one way trip and yes that is what the reservation is for. Will avoid that place in future like the plague.

Customer service was terrible at both Riverdale, GA pick up areas. Workers seemed to be inexperienced and gave poor communication to customers for simply asking questions. Shanika at the Hwy 85 location should be fired, she yells at customers WHILE servicing someone. Piss poor training she has.

I use U-Haul whenever it is necessary, including Moving Help, and had always had a great experience, up until now. Took over an Hour to to get my Truck and Car Trailer. The Person that was suppose to assist me, did not know how to hook up the Car Trailer, and did not know what Furniture Pads are of which I was suppose to get 24. Received a Bill from U-Haul for $ 192.39 for missing Furniture Pads. When you use U-Haul, do not use this Location for Pick up !
